This can’t be right. Someone told me yesterday that ‘over 500 people here know’ that the coaches are using #11 improperly.

But his rush is most effective when we can put him all over the formation and keep the OL guessing on whether he is blitzing or dropping

He can certainly rush from DE and be effective— but I want most of his snaps and rushes to still be from the second level.

So much creativity to be found the more he plays with Randy and Law

Yes, agreed.

But if you equate it to a meal, all the other things Micah can do are the side dishes. The protein is the pass rush.

I'm not kidding when I say that if I was an NFL owner and my defensive coordinator ever phased Micah out of the pass rush in any game he'd be immediately fired. I do not employ idiots.

I loved that Red Zone stop where he totally screwed up their pick play. It was so instinctual that I thought he was just covering his guy until I saw the replay.

his best attribute is playing downhill fast. That can be manifested in multiple ways be it rushing the passer or coverage or run defending. he is the complete package and to have him be primarilty rushing the passer is weakening the defense elsewhere if he don't get home.

We need another LB for sure but we have seen a better version of LVE this year because of the impact of the front 4. I like Parsons exactly where he is but yes on passing downs release the Krakken

I agree, he looked a little miffed. He wants sacks and he wants to break the record. Just like you and I want to see him getting after the passer… he wants to be smashing QB’s and smashing records.

I’m sure that ultimately; he would rather have the win than sacks… but Mr. Everything wants both. That’s how the great ones are.

Or cover. He’s faster than Diggs and Lewis, plus he has a nearly 36” vertical.

The point is that he can confuse the offense and be used in ways they can’t anticipate. Offense puts a player in to block him specifically, then he drops into coverage and the offense is suddenly playing with 10 men.

I trust Quinn to figure out how to use #11 better than any Monday morning QB on a fan site.

WE MUST DO BETTER!! We gave up six points yesterday. Inexcusable.

Side Note: I’m old and have a short memory, but b/c it was only 2 weeks ago, I remember all the ‘fan’ hate after we ‘only’ beat the Saints by 10 at their joint. Can you imagine if we’d lost or, god forbid, got shut out, especially at home?? The ‘fans’ here would be losing their minds. We covered that week, fwiw.

Second Side Note: We were a 2 point play away from being the #1 seed right now.

I agree. It's not like there are any threads mocking those wanting him to pass rush and claiming when he rushes less he's still making the same kind of impact.

If Rodgers loses then Parsons has a legit shot at league MVP imo.


He has Washington on Primetime next week with a AZ game that everyone will be watching him chase Kyler.

DPOY and MVP are a real thing for him right now. Unless he is just taking on normal LB duties.
