It sucks not to have anything to fall back on. The Stars and the Mavericks are both in the bottom half of their division/conference.

Does next week mean anything now?

Nope....we are locked into the 4th seed.....we will play either the Cards again....or the Rams... if the 49ers beat them w/ their backup QB.

My money is on....we get the Cards again.

The good news is....I don't think we showed them much on offense or defense. Thought we played really conservative today. Almost too conservative. Anyway....not scared of a rematch. You key on #1.....and blitz the crap out of him.

true--penalties=poor coaching getting team ready+ needed more verticle passing+ mixing in different blocking schemes and play schemes....we often looked like the Garrett show
not even close..team fought lost by 3 and had far too many OL penalties a coach can't control. The OL was horrible, can't run plays if you can't block..it happens. Moving on

that was crap game. now we will see if the cowboys learned something today about the cardinals because that will probably be there wildcard game matchup. one and done it what will probably happen. waiting to the fourth quarter to show up and you will lose most of the time.
I hope we do play them again. And I hope we play a Hell of a lot better.

need new Oline coach too...who can mix it up with zone and power blocking and blocking hard to one side

The much-anticipated return of Tyron Smith turned into a dismal failure. The O-line play took one (or two) giant steps backward. Not laying anything at his feet...but that group couldn't have run-blocked for Barry Sanders today.
