3 for 3 on 4th down and 2 tds and a 2 point conversion when we needed it.

We had many almost 4th Quarter Combacks when Romo was Quarterback. Those must've been clutch too then. You get Clutch on Effort not on Results I see...

Ken, so what about that pass to Schultz late in the 2nd Q. Think it was a first and 10 from around the Cards 25 yard line. Schultz runs an out, is open and Dak misses him. Aikman said it was a bad pass. You say otherwise. Why? Was it Schultz's fault?

When your fumble is one of the reasons you have to catch up in a game, then I find it questionable that you had a Clutch performance. I would say: Sorry, close but not clutch cigar!

Dak was clutch, it was just a better clutch play by the defender.

They lost by 3.

Fans live in this world that you score on every drive...it is weird.
scoring 22 pretty much assures you didnt score on every drive. But you agree there wasnt a 5/6 run for this "elite" offense.

They scored 14 points in 50 minutes of play. No, we don't expect a score on every drive but 14 points in 50 minutes isn't great, right? Especially for what people keep reminding other fans of was the #1 offense in the NFL.

And yes, that offensive ineptitude isn't all Dak's fault. I agree with that.

Even some of Dak's completed passes looked under thrown or totally off course. His TD to Gallup was not a good pass, ane we now where Gallup is now. He had how many passes knocked down? How many screens turned ugly? This is a common with him still, and is a representaiton of how most of the team played today.

Hard to score when the OL isn't blocking very well, their are penalties on key plays and drops/batted balls.

Dak is part of a collective offensive problem...but he's not the sole reason for these putrid starts. Moore's early game plans and easy-to-read play designs, the overrated o-line, the drops, the penalties...it's all a recipe for a bad offense.

Dak would have to play out of this world to overcome all of this offense's dysfunction consistently. Rodgers, Mahomes, Brady....I think they'd all struggle with consistency as well with this OC's playbook and play calls, and this inconsistent o-line.

The throw to Gallup was exactly where it needed to be...come on man. Back shoulder.

I think the pass to Gallup is designed like that.......... it's a back shoulder play purposely thrown in that area to give the WR a chance to make a play. So Dak did what he was supposed to there. Gallup getting hurt is just a fluke thing, not on Dak or the throw.

Ya'll haters are crazy with hate.

This game was not on Dak. If anything, Dak kept us in this game.

I counted 5 batted balls and 2 drops. That is 7 of his 14 incompletes for the game.

There were 2 passes I would deem bad by him. 2.

His fumble in the 2nd to last drive...it sucks, but it happens and was a great play by the defender. I am more happy that he ran the way he did making people miss (more than Zeke did all game) and not afraid of his leg. If that 22 yard run didn't get called back, he had 2 less yards running than Kyler that you all think is the 2nd coming.

THis game was not on him but here is what was the cause of the loss:

  • The total lack of a running game and threat of the run. Just anemic. No one respects Zeke as he is clearly hurt.
  • Horrible penalties. Many advantageous 3rd downs turned into much more difficult 3rd downs.
  • Another crushing missed chip shot fg.
  • Jayron dropping that gimme pick in the end zone.
  • The HORRIBLE non-fumble call on a clear fumble at the end of the game. The defense finally made a play and the refs screw us. We last saw the ball with over 4 min left...never get it back. Clearly this is Dak's Fault.

You guys are all dejected and blaming our QB but I am encouraged. I see us beating them in the playoffs. I really do. I expect our defense to clamp them down even more and I expect our offense to not shoot themselves in the foot like they did today.

Dear boy, I am heartened by your belief in Dak, our $40-mil a year golden baby who, if he stays on track, will be an average NFL QB.

But does it not concern you that Dak played like a Mike Glennon and Zeke played like a fat cabana boy making his way past the meat dishes at the buffet?

Both make up, what, a third of our cap?

Don't be that much of a homer.
