NO....that is the play I am referring to...the smoke screen that was almost picked.

What defender was in Dak's face? Maybe I am misremembering, but he took the snap in shot gun and quickly fired a WR screen. What defender was in between him (or I think you said in the throwing lane) and Baker/the WR that he couldn't see Baker?

Then you weren't watching the right game. Lol
Right...i needed to be hyperventilating at every incomplete pass and saying we were going to lose after the first drive...got it!

Ya'll haters are crazy with hate.

This game was not on Dak. If anything, Dak kept us in this game.

I counted 5 batted balls and 2 drops. That is 7 of his 14 incompletes for the game.

There were 2 passes I would deem bad by him. 2.

His fumble in the 2nd to last drive...it sucks, but it happens and was a great play by the defender. I am more happy that he ran the way he did making people miss (more than Zeke did all game) and not afraid of his leg. If that 22 yard run didn't get called back, he had 2 less yards running than Kyler that you all think is the 2nd coming.

THis game was not on him but here is what was the cause of the loss:

  • The total lack of a running game and threat of the run. Just anemic. No one respects Zeke as he is clearly hurt.
  • Horrible penalties. Many advantageous 3rd downs turned into much more difficult 3rd downs.
  • Another crushing missed chip shot fg.
  • Jayron dropping that gimme pick in the end zone.
  • The HORRIBLE non-fumble call on a clear fumble at the end of the game. The defense finally made a play and the refs screw us. We last saw the ball with over 4 min left...never get it back. Clearly this is Dak's Fault.

You guys are all dejected and blaming our QB but I am encouraged. I see us beating them in the playoffs. I really do. I expect our defense to clamp them down even more and I expect our offense to not shoot themselves in the foot like they did today.
The batted balls are the Quarterbacks fault.

The guy who blitzed off the same edge in his face...

Jumping during Dak's rookie year but jumping off soon afterwards does not mean you fully support Dak. You know this Jeremiah.

Did he jump ship in year 2? I can't remember. All I know is during his rookie season I was one of very few people criticizing Dak on the old board. Thought Heath was supportive up until 2019, but I honestly can't remember.

I also don't get why it matters.

He wasn't in the throwing lane. Dak had a clear view of the WR. The blitzer lunges with his arm to reach the throw but Dak has a clear view. He takes the snap, quickly tries to throw it out, the blitzer lunges but isn't even close to Dak or the throw. Baker is actually still moving towards the line before Dak even snaps the ball. He got a running start on the play.

You make it sound like there is a defender running straight at him, which is false. When Dak turns to make the throw, the blitzer isn't near him and Dak has a clear view of the WR bunch.

I’ve always supported Dak. Even still think he deserves his contract. Just became critical of Dak after I was labeled a hater because I didn’t believe he was in the best shape of his life this offseason following the injury last year. Dak lovers couldn’t stand it.

That said, I can still call a crappy game a crappy game.

Show me the other bad passes.

I'll wait....and hint....just because Troy said it was bad doesn't make it bad.

Come on! I’m a Dak fan but he was way off until the 4th. He was skipping passes left and right. By the way, batted and tipped passes are on a QB when they aren’t throwing into the right lanes. Guy didn’t have a good game. It happens. But excuses are lame.

The three and out on their first drive of the second half really hurt. You have to respond when the other team goes down and extends the lead.

But you are not man enough to put your posting privileges up, are you?
Against a bandwagon jumper? Are you serious?

At least the hardcore Dak haters have always hated Dak. You, you jump on then off without any integrity. Now you want to bet? Go play games with other flip-floppers.

Wrong.

Batted and tipped passes most definitely are not on a QB. IT'S ON THE OLINE.

Ask anyone who has played on the Oline.

Batted passes are on the qb....where did this lunacy come from?

Skipping balls left and right? No.

I hoped our D will rise up to the challenge and get the ball back , only worry was how much time will be left and offense could get it down.
And the D did get the ball back, but the refs and our ineptitude in timeout management prevented it.
