Same reason Ruggs did it. They don't think they're going to get caught, and nothing bad happened the last 20 times they did it.

Still, I would've thought Ruggs would've taught the rest of the team a valuable lesson. Evidently, Hobbs didn't learn the lesson.

You would think. Some people get the hint. But many others, like Hobbs, have to learn the hard way. It's too late for Ruggs. If people always learned from others, we wouldn't still have a texting while driving problem, heroin addicts, or drunk driving problems. But you're right. That hit close to home, you'd think he'd pay attention.

As for myself, I never did drugs because it hit close to home. I'm not claiming to be a saint, I do all other crap not good for me. Just not that. Yet it took me until 2006 to start wearing my seatbelt regularly. It took a minor accident to realize this. That saved my life because two years later I got into a major one. Sometimes it takes having it happen to you to make changes. People can be stupid, including myself.

This is true. I've had plenty of moments where I did something stupid that I should've known better than to do.

Yea, won't eliminate it but maybe a 4-6 week suspension would scare some players to using a free service provided by their team/uber. Especially the guys who may be on the churning list.

I guess Rookies take longer to learn stuff, being distracted with their new-found wealth and fame.
