That's strange to me. Everyone is trying to stop Aaron Rodgers and Devonte Adams, and yet he still gets targets and catches. Everyone is trying to stop Joe Burrow and Jamarr Chase, yet he gets targets and catches. I don't see why building a scheme around your best wide receiver and targeting him different ways is not possible. Get him in the slot, give him slants , hitches , digs , deep shots etc. Make them defend him several different ways and if the defense works so hard to take that away that means there should be EASY passes to the others. When it matters though, I'm looking to get the ball to the top receiver on the team. 2018 Dak did that.

Amari not happy with Dak and KM. Not really shocking stuff. 90% WR’s in the league probably feel this way.

I agree w/ a lot of what Amari says, but one of my biggest gripes w/ him is his non-demonstrative nature.I’ve seen him get virtually raped on some routes and not say a word.Throw your arms up in the air and sell that there was an obvious penalty.Every other pass catcher in the the league does it and most of the time it draws a flag.

As with most things on the football field.. everybody has a part to play in success of failure. There was an in cut that Dak missed Coop on early in the game Sunday that I initially thought "bad throw" because it was about a foot out in front and Coop kinda lunged like it was high. Then when I watched the replay it was head high and only about 6 inches out in front. Coop had sat down on the route and Dak had thrown it like he was expecting him to continue. Obviously we have no way of knowing who was "right" and was "wrong" but there did not appear to be any defenders in the middle of that zone in front of Coop.. so my uneducated guess is that he was supposed to keep going.. But again.. I don't know the call or the read. We've seen quite a bit of that with Dak and his receivers of late. They're definitely not seeing the same things in the coverages. I just hope to God they get it fixed by the playoffs.. or this will be a short trip..

dang, I hope Roger Staubach never messes up and throws a jab at dak. the whole homer group will be saying roger sucks and was never as good as spasdak. "Since he's already better than Brady and Rodgers and any other QB playing in this time or time before or after."

I don't see a problem. If they blanket cover Cooper because of this heads up there are plenty of other targets for Dak until they back off.
