Listen to the media; read articles; even many football people who are now mostly just mouth pieces in the media. I’m sick of hearing and reading why SF is the chosen underdog to win this weekend.
  • SF so physical in their front 7
  • Such great pass rushers
  • A physical, top rushing team in the NFL
  • Great OL….Top blocking TE….excellent blocking wideouts
  • SF know who they are and embrace it
  • Worst draw for Dallas
Sick of all that BS. They are the 6th seed of 7 teams! What the heck would they be saying if it was the division champion Rams or the Cardinals who just beat us?! If SF is so damn good, why didn’t they win their division? Why did it take OT in the final game of the year just to make the playoffs?

The Cowboys play very physical on defense, fly around on every play, get good pass pressure, turn the ball over, and are coming in at full strength. The offense can play a physical style if Moore runs the ball enough for them to figure out the opponents and get in a groove.

I love that it’s so completely quiet in Dallas so far! You know the players and coaches are being approached, getting texts, Tweets, and calls for comment. I’m betting that McCarthy has issued a no comment order. “Do not respond. You hear it. I hear it. Focus on preparation and just let it piss you off more and more. We are going to smack them in the mouth and be the most physical team. We will talk about that $&#@ after we kick their ***es.”

Didn't micah do some posting about bullies getting bullied?

Like what you are saying but it's not been totally quiet...

I never saw that this particular week, but I’m reading and hearing this crap about SF repeatedly every day, and it’s sure been much more quiet than one would expect normally.

It's been quiet enough. Let the games be played on the field, not through the useless media. The media, via pff, via betting sites, via news sites, actually thinks they have something to do with the results on the field which is polar opposite of reality.

Some of these hot takes on the game are so ridiculous I'm pleasantly surprised there hasn't been more chatter by the Cowboys players

I heard an ESPN analyst actually say, she thinks the Niners are going to win because "The Cowboys look like a team that can lose to anybody and the Niners look like a team that can beat anybody."

Don't doubt the Cowboys will prevail Sunday.
But recall the 49ers won the NFC Championship just two postseasons ago -- and were 5 minutes or so in SuperBowl LIV from winning their 6th NFL Championship.
Their roster has changed- just like every NFL team has happened every off-season (the Buccaneers being the current exception). SF still has some of core remaining from that deep playoff run.
However- the 49ers QB then is still there - and he really has not improved his play (he was injured like Prescott in 2020) since....and Garopollo is injured going into Sunday.
As far as the sports media predictions --I have tuned them out all week.
Since you deem it ******** - don't watch any of it from hear on out .
Just wait until Sunday, January 16th - tune into CBS at gametime in your corresponding time zone (or the right streaming service that brings you the game live.

In fairness to him, he was asked what he thought about the Niners “Bully Ball“. He responded perfectly.

Being a 9-7 “bully” is like calling a 5’7 170lb guy a “bully”
