KM comes out in 2022 and has us doing well, will your thoughts change about him, or will you not be sucked in knowing what happened at the end of this season?? Give me your thoughts...

No. He’s going to have to show an ability to adjust in season. He also has to show an ability to adjust in game when the team starts slow. He hasn’t shown an ability to do either.

He is great OC in Sept and Oct but loses steam after that. I’d like to see a full season of creativity from him. He did that in 2019 too but I’d forgotten about that. I’ll be more cautious next year.
Well it get's too chilly for Kellen come November and beyond, and he also needs to adjust his valves. He also has a tendency to not pack enough crayons and his color selection is fairly incongruous.

What was our record for the first 1/2 of the season? What was our record the second half of the season? This is rinse and repeat...

So we've got an O-Line (yes Connor, im looking at you) that can only stop the defense by holding. We've got a RB1 that can only run North/South, we've got a QB who's mobility appears hindered (maybe his calf) and we've got a WR1 that complains that the QB isnt throwing to him, we've an ex-QB that's pointing out 'open' receivers, we've got the 5th all time Cowboy receiver questioning the processing of routes/defenses and we have a CB of of Championship team telling us that they are prepared to gamble on the talents/ability/accuracy of our QB....

.....however if it makes us feel more secure lets burdens all the franchises issues and failure on the shoulder of the OC.

It's a long season and every coach and player has to show that they can consistently play well the whole year and not just the first 7 games.

So, to answer your question, it's a NO to everyone on the team. Do it in the playoffs when it matters most.

For the humpteenth time, KM will not be the last OC that Dak gets fired. You can’t make chicken salad out of chicken poop!
