ALready making excuses for him? Fact is he is not there yet. Burrows has taken the step and he has not. Will be interesting to see the SB.

Making excuses? There's no serious evaluator that doesn't consider Herbert as good if not better than Burrow. But you obviously don't take the time to analyze players but just look at the teams' W/L.

I thought Marvin Lewis could have been someone we might look @ for defensive coordinator if Quinn left.

Both are young, either or both could become great.

We'll see.

But as a reference, Dan Marino went to a SB in his 2nd year in the league, became a HOF'er, never got back to the SB again.
