And this is why the Cowboys will NEVER win again. Our front office! You can write dumb Dak threads all day. The problem is dumb-Jerry and dumber-Stephen. They keep building a top NasCar car with a great engine. Then they let these type of guys drive it.

Get a real coach! Let him bring in his people. Then maybe the crashes will stop.

12 and 5 is not easy in the NFL. Just saying. Especially as how bad many say we suck who don't know squat.

I said that this afternoon...the whole dangling Payton out there to temporarily calm people down is nothing but a big fat ruse...its come down to if I can outlive Chuckles on if I'll ever see another Cowboy Superbowl.

What's the definition of insanity? This team has obvious, major organizational and management issues. First of all, the team is too dependent on the draft and they're missing key veteran players at certain positions with PLAYOFF and CHAMPIONSHIP experience; this team doesn't know how to win, plain and simple, and it shows in the playoffs; no urgency, poor motivation from players AND coaching staff, and horrible game planning via the slow starts almost every week. If it's McCarthy's make or break year, LET KELLEN GO and have Mike call the plays. Aw, poor Dakota won't be comfortable because he "likes" Kellen and is "comfortable" with Kellen; well, THAT'S WHAT'S WRONG IN DALLAS: IT'S A COUNTRY CLUB ATMOSPHERE. Remember when Parcells came in? People were walking on eggshells and true changes occurred. That's what we need right now, TRUE change. Sean Payton gives me that hope.

This organization can't get out of its own way. Keeping Philbin and Moore makes no sense at this point.

I agree. I used to coach my sons basketball team, but I couldnt call some plays because the point guard couldnt go left. The other teams soon realized his limitations and made him go left. We managed to beat the bad teams, but struggled against the good teams because we could only run half our plays. I'm just saying........
