It was a no-win decision in reality. If you benched Dak after the way he stepped in and grabbed the moment— and the team was behind him— we likely have a rusty Romo and a loss of momentum and likely a loss in the playoffs

Stay with Dak and you get what we got lol… easy to second guess the decision, but I am fine with the way they played it.

I liked Romo as a player— and would have loved to see him play with Zeke— but the guy’s body was just breaking down at that point

I have always compared Romo to Stafford.
Stafford plays in the SB today, so my comparison was a vision, with a lot of prayer included because of the career comparison.
As a life long Cowboys fan, my dedication has always been to the AFC during SB as long as not during our 5... lol
So just letting it all hang out today since its super bowl sunday and all and so yea,,, go grab that ring Stafford
Who can say anything negative about this man and his career.
He was like Tannehill, both in a situation that wasnt positive.
Take a look at Stafford in the next hour the SB starts and lit will be interesting to revisit posts here.
I will be bold and say that Stafford shows up and the Rams become brilliant with how they built a SB bound team today.

Lions cowboys not much different the last 20 odd years, didn't the Lions and Cowboys meet in the playoffs on one of those rare appearances. Dak will suffer the same fate unless he gets lucky and finds a team like Ware and other Cowboys did to have a shot, coach Jerry just doesn't cut it.
