Pollard is poor in pass blocking. He was still the better option to carry the ball over Zeke. Probably our best package would have been Lamb, Cooper, Schultz, Pollard, McGovern. If you want blocking, put in a blocker, not an injured and ineffective RB.

I don't disagree.. but given that Moore didn't care to run the ball anyway not having an effective running game was less of a detriment in his mind than having the better pass protector on the field. The only real question is why our coaching staff saw it that way. Especially watching the offense struggle for long stretches like it did. That is the part that bothers me the most. They didn't adjust.. they just kept doing the same crap and watching it carve up bad teams and crap the bed against good ones..

yeah, we have been for 20 + years, it just took us a long time to realize it.

We all knew jerry was stupid and crazy, but we didnt realize just HOW stupid and crazy he was till much later.

After the 2014 - 15 season, I finally realized it, and had enough.

I still enjoy the games and following the team, but dont expect or even want them to do well in playoffs.

Jerry doesnt deserve another SB ring does he??

The bigger problem is overrating talent they drafted because they can't handle admitting a mistake and fall in love with their own players. Dak of course first comes to mind, but there is a long list of this. This team got an insane amount of turnovers from the defense this year and that was the main contributor in how this team looked. The chances of that happening again are very slim. Anyone counting on this team being a contender the next few years in my opinion is going to be very disappointed.

Unless you want to count for emmitt Smith getting the rushing record, Larry Allen's talent was wasted. One Super Bowl win, which barely happened. It was a miracle we even played in it and it was a miracle we won.

It's just a money making machine for these people.

New HC
A GM with clout to change the culture
DT, S, LB, RB, QB, K…

Funny how you didn't mention Quinn once. I doubt very much w/Quinn at the helms chances will ever be slim, let alone, very slim.

When you refuse to hire a coach that may take the spotlight or credit away from Jerry what does anyone expect?

Jerry has to find the next 'genius' HC himself, this way he is guaranteed his ridiculous "credit" if things happen to go well.

This is ALL this is about. That's what makes it so maddening.

Facts!! In any business, when people care more about getting credit than getting results, the business will be stagnant. When you love the work and couldn't care less about who gets the credit, your business will be unstoppable.
