I think this was the decision, keep Gallup/Wilson or Cooper.

Exactly. Dak never gets that huge payday without that trade for Coop. Coop is a legit 1st. He is usually drawing the top DB from the opposite team. Just don't like this move one bit.

No kidding. Easy to forget Coop is only 27 years old. Still in his prime. Elite teams don't cut Elite players in their prime. First major causality of overpaying for a mediocre QB.
