I will have to take your word for it on the 39 receptions, because I honestly cannot remember one that made a significant contribution.

Really? he was the 3rd ranked TE in the NFL that is fact, you can call him avg as much as you like the numbers do not lie. Rookie he may do well he may not, it is never a given. Sure lets down play anyone who has produced at the NFL level as Schultz has.

The Joneses have made it clear that they are not going to be big players in free agency. So expecting big moves is just going to leave you miserable. They will be mostly holding on to their players and filling in any gaps with cheap FAs.

Franchising Schultz should be the type of moves we expect. If not, we're just fooling ourselves.

The crap started 26 seasons ago and continues, every year the same crap from the Jones idiots, it's a SB roster. I know what is worse, fans who believe them and their idiot roster management.
 
Interest level for me is at an all-time low. Just knowing this team is going to go through their usual follow-up season of missing the playoffs after winning the division...McCarthy appears to be a lame duck, they will lose a lot of key players, etc. It's all just shaping up to be the same story. I don't even think I'll be as interested in the draft this year
