Show me a metric from last year that indicates that Cooper is a top 10 receiver. If he is the top 10 receiver you claim he is and if his contract matches his performance then why weren’t all these teams with tons of cap space and a need for WR making better offers for the player ?

In the three years he's been here, he ranks in the top 10 in
catches, yards and TDs. He missed two games this past year.

I see no decline in his skill set. Oh, and he's a year younger than Devonte Adams.
