The media have not explained this at ALL well.

Is this NEW year's or does this replace part of his deal?

So if he is cut at the end of 22 season he will count roughly 26 million against the cap spread out over 2 years would be 13 million each year

So
Cowboys after this signing have about 27 in cap room?

Certainly in that range. They were down to about $13 million after the Gallup and McQuiade contracts so if Lawrence's cap hit drops from 27 to around 10 million they should be close to $30 million in space; which would set them up nicely to keep Randy Gregory and/or make a run at Bobby Wagner.

So basically I titled the thread wrong and mislead everyone.

I'll self ban but I request it's done after this wave of free agency.

I'd ask the staff to edit but they love to hang my piss stained sheets up for all to see.
Maybe
But we will see exact details tomorrow
I just checked and it’s not there yet
Many times what gets reported is wrong

Too many people overlook that. One word to describe D-Law's game is violent. I would bet he's more respected around the league than he is by fans if I had to guess.
you guys and your excuses. Grow up. Lawrence is an average pass rusher paid like he is near elite. But we are stuck with him. As regards all this garbage about run stopping, GROW UP. This is a passing league and he is barely above average as a pass rusher.

Last year was the most fun I had watching a Cowboys defense in a loooooooong time. Bring the band back together and add a DT and I’ll be happy.
and lawrence was only there for three of those games. think on that.
