Packers trade Devante Adams to Raiders

Packers showing the Cowboys how to trade a WR1.

Paitently waiting to hear from ARod...

So a 20 million dollar wr on his last contract year gets a good couple picks but we only get a crap 5th for Cooper. GB certainly sold high on Adams....the opposite of the cowboy way.
Davante Adams is the best receiver in the league…you’re comparing apples to….onions lol.

its the opposite.... Rodgers makes his WRs look great, not the other way around. Go check out Antonio Browns numbers when he played without Big Ben.

Of course a WR needs a good QB, doesn't change the fact when you're taking up a good chunk of the cap, owners will have to go cheap in other areas.

At some point, they will rethink contracts like this. It's not sustainable for a franchise. Heck, it's arguably not even good for the long term health of a QB either.

He won't be next year, or any other year not with Rodgers. QB makes a difference. But he will still be good. But that's besides the point the cowboys continually kill their own trade value time and time again. I doubt we'd have gotten a 1 but we should have had more than a louse 5th.
