Not much of an upset, but South Region 11th seeded Michigan beat 6th seeded Colorado St already.

Otherwise, nothing crazy yet.

Halftime scores
Baylor 43
Norfolk St 27

Memphis 38
Boise St 19
This was supposed to be a good one. Not so far.

Well, Iowa crapped the bed already....losing to 12 seed Richmond.
They looked totally apathetic.

They did kind of get screwed. With about a minute left.
Down by 2 and their best player was shooting a 3 and had his arm clobbered..really obvious....but no call and forced airball that was converted into 2 on the other end.

Possible 5 point swing and final margin was 4.

But Iowa sucked anyway.

My Hoosiers sucked. The team looked worn out after about the first 10 minutes. At least the cheerleaders contributed something positive to the game.

Have Gonzaga, Baylor, Tennessee, and Wisconsin in my final four. UNC about to take Baylor out though.

Go Razorbacks!
That was a hard game to watch against NMS. they come out of the gate like that against Zaga and they're done in 10 minutes.

They do have the most interesting coach in the tournament. He had his staff get all of the videos of the analysts picking Vermont for the upset and made his team watch the entire reel. Then, and this is crazy, he had his team stay up until 1:30am watching NMS film after beating Vermont. He looks a little crazy but I didn't know he really is.

It's been fun so far!

Only halfway through the 2nd round
Already early exits to 3 really good teams: Kentucky, Iowa, and Baylor.

Houston/Illinois and Miami/Auburn should be interesting today....among others.

I'm a huge Razorback fan, but that game was so hard to watch. Neither team could score and it was so frustrating. You're right, they play like that against Zaga and it won't be 10 minutes. It will be five.

Big 12 is so friggin good.
Big 10 and SEC look like frauds thus far in this tourney.

Coaches matter so much in this tourney.

Wreck'Em forever. Should be a good game versus Duke.

TCU might have a bit of a gripe in the final seconds.

That's the whole "let em play" mentality that I absolutely cannot stand. You see it in football too where a game is called entirely tight the entire time and then the last drive or last play someone gets absolutely mugged and nothing happens.

That's probably my least favorite thing about hail mary plays. Players get assaulted in a manner that would be obvious PI at any point in the other 56 minutes of regulation.
