Not saying you, but I think only our fans continue to fall for the cap being real, at least as far as teams being able to manipulate it to accomplish whatever they want. The Cowboys front office doesn't sign costly free agents (at least from other teams) simply because they don't believe in the value of it.

Yeah I was just mocking Stephen's latest con job.

It takes two to tango. Maybe just maybe a vet who has nothing more to prove wants to join the super bowl champs.
It's usually not just about the money with guys that have played that long. He is going to take the best fit and the west coast teams had an advantage from the beginning.

I think he entertained Dallas because of Quinn but does he really see them as a player in the NFC? They made their WR corps worse while the Rams made one of the best ones better. Who wants to win?

Donald in front of him and Ramsey behind, doesn't seem fair. And you can bet they're recruiting him.

Is this really a surprise? A team that seems like they never run out of money making a possible deal again.

the rams only have to worry about the packers and the bucs to get to the superbowl the cowboys more than likely wont even make the playoffs

Rams have no choice but keep investing in FA, they gave up their draft picks for their QB and I don’t blame them, but let’s revisit in a few years.

You think the Packers and the Chiefs wanted to let go of the best WRs in the league while they both have legit QBs??

Must be exciting for fans of up and coming teams making moves to try and win NOW.

Building mostly through the draft and trying to create dynasties just isn’t it anymore.

Part of it is how vets are recruited and I think the Joneses have this arrogance about them that he'd be lucky for them to consider him a Cowboy.

When SEA had Avril, Bennett, Wright, Sherman, Chancellor and Thomas, Bobby Wagner was the best player on the defense and him missing that game was the only reason the Cowboys were able to run the ball and win that game.

There are a handful of players that dictate game plans and Wagner, at least was, one of them. I played a lot of fantasy ball and Wagner was one of those you always checked to see if he was in before starting a RB against them. Bob Sanders with IND was another. Cut the yards in half, both of them.

Wagner is what I thought Sean Lee would be if he could only stay healthy, same kind of quick read mind and reactions. And great tacklers.

some teams want to win, some teams want to sell jerseys

With which names on the back will Dallas be selling jersey's: Can't play Dak and Has Been Zeke? Not everyone wants a Parsons jersey.

Wagner is washed up, just like Earl Thomas was when all of you wanted him also.

Guess the Cowboys trio Lawrence, Parsons, and Diggs didn't measure up the Rams' duo (and the rest of their defense) in Wagner's eyes.
Or --- it's the "same 'ol same 'ol" roadblock --- Dallas still not spending big $ on quality FAs.

Hilarious. The gap between good teams and mediocre teams gets bigger and bigger.

And we'll struggle even more to beat anyone who isn't in our division

Wagner is originally from LA. When he was released the media said that he wanted to go home. I was hoping the Rams didn't have the money/want for him but alas....
