I just watched the video in channel 4. If that is Joseph in the video, he did not do anything and they have clearer pictures of the other suspects that started the fight. The police will try and flip Joseph to tell them who were the guys with him.

What is the law in Dallas Texas?Oh I see you said take off. I know the driver can be charged with a homicide with a bank robbery or drive by but hanging out in a club, you would need a witness or cameras. Unless someone says they saw Joseph shoot someone or gave in order to shoot someone the police have nothing. Any lawyer worth their salt would get Bossman off easy. I would like to see that law that you can be charged because your friend shot someone at a club.

I brought up Colorado because I saw a case that did exactly that. Two friends leave a bar. One had an altercation and shoots someone. Both friends take off. Cops establish they were together, both were charged with murder.

I guess they do it that way because, how do we know both weren't involved? Because they said so? He had a chance to go to the police or not take off with the shooter.

I don't know the law in Texas. But I'll be honest, I had no idea some states did it that way.

Off subject a little bit. It is sad that people get away with these drive by murders. This snitches get stitches crap has got to go. A 20 year was murdered because of a dumb dispute. Heart broken for the family.
