Why? Because he was at the scene of the crime? It doesn't say he was involved in the fight or really had anything to do with it at all. I don't know much about the area he was in, so maybe it was somewhere he shouldn't have been, but it doesn't say he did anything wrong. Being labeled a person of interest doesn't necessarily mean you are a suspect.
Ima say it again, worst off-season in a long time if this is true.
Bruce carter was a 2nd round project too…Here's who we've been drafting in the second round, dating back to 1995:
A backup running back
Backup tight end
Backup tight end
Backup tight end
Bipolar pothead defensive end from Nebraska
Linebacker with a completely destroyed knee
And now...
Rapper who was kicked off of his college team and now is being questioned for a murder
Did I miss anyone? There's always Dwayne Goodrich too. His attitude was terrible from day one. Literally.
Not really. The only person they can identify at the scene is Joseph. The police have seen all the camera evidence that they have. Persons of interest does not mean you are the suspect. The police want to talk to Joseph because he was a witness. If your boy shoots someone at a club. You are not a murderer because you were with him. It is not armed robbery or a bank hiest were Joseph is the get away driver. His lawyer would eat that up in court.
I know Kelvin yeah, took me a moment to realize you were taking about him when you called him Kevin. 1 letter off but it’s a big difference in name
I'm sure Cavanaugh did that strictly based on his skill on the football field. Most of yall would've took him over Stokes if Stokes fell to our pick so don't get on Jerry about the pick. Goof Cavanaugh had him the 14th best player in the draft.
You have no idea what a "thug" is lol.I told you this guy is a thug, but you wouldn't listen.
Basically. These guys want to clutch their pearls talking about he's a "thug" lol. They ain't seen a real thug yet lol.It doesnt worry me. It isnt a cowboys offseason until someone is in legal trouble. This is our 1 for the year.
If hes smart he gets a lawyer for him and all his ppls and they say absolutely nothing to the police
Lol exactly. Some of my family done bids but like all my wifes dad side of the family done 10+ year bids. Includin her pops.Basically. These guys want to clutch their pearls talking about he's a "thug" lol. They ain't seen a real thug yet lol.
They have no idea....they think he's a thug because he raps and wears hoodies....its a joke.Lol exactly. Some of my family done bids but like all my wifes dad side of the family done 10+ year bids. Includin her pops.
Wow, this franchise just seems to sink lower and lower
What is the law in Dallas Texas?Oh I see you said take off. I know the driver can be charged with a homicide with a bank robbery or drive by but hanging out in a club, you would need a witness or cameras. Unless someone says they saw Joseph shoot someone or gave in order to shoot someone the police have nothing. Any lawyer worth their salt would get Bossman off easy. I would like to see that law that you can be charged because your friend shot someone at a club.Actually, if you're with a friend that pulls a gun and kills someone, some states charge both with murder if both of you take off. If the police have to come looking for you, they'll charge you both. Colorado for example.
This only happens to black men. Dont have to shoot or even be involved other than being around and end up doin life. Another "war on drugs" law.If Kelvin Joseph was in that vehicle which shots were fired out of that killed that 20 year old Black man, Joseph is legally an accomplice to a felony-murder.
