What we do know is Joseph was part of the group who initially attacked the man on the curb who later got shot and killed in a drive-by.

Seeing a couple of these situations play out first hand whoever was fightin them 100% shot them. Ole boi was from out of town so had no beef like that except for the fight

What is the law in Dallas Texas?Oh I see you said take off. I know the driver can be charged with a homicide with a bank robbery or drive by but hanging out in a club, you would need a witness or cameras. Unless someone says they saw Joseph shoot someone or gave in order to shoot someone the police have nothing. Any lawyer worth their salt would get Bossman off easy. I would like to see that law that you can be charged because your friend shot someone at a club.

Yep, it's all in the context... the last public hanging in the UK was of a guy who told his mate to "give it to him" (a gun to a cop)....the argument was whether he meant 'hand him the gun' or 'shoot' him.
Is Joseph liable for what happens in a fight, no, is Joseph liable if he personally encourages the incident - if the Defendant blames the crowd for insighting the incident then maybe.

After further review of the fighting video, it's clear Kelvin Joseph is the tall black guy wearing the light colored jeans and light colored top with hoodie. He's the same one who started throwing punches (go to the 1:13 mark of the video) at the murdered victim, so clearly, Joseph was one of the ones who physically attacked the victim.

I wonder whose black SUV that belongs to? If it's the same group in the SUV who ganged up physically on the victim on the street corner, Kelvin Joseph is in serious trouble, especially if he was in the SUV with them when they did the drive-by shooting and murdered the victim.

Just a matter of time before that group gets identified, rounded up and start talking/snitching on each other. Get ready to all of a sudden not see Kelvin Joseph be available or part of the Cowboys moving forward.

Ok that's what I was asking about earlier in this thread. I was asking if KJ threw some punches. In the video it does appear that he is but it's fuzzy. KJ is wearing a white hoodie with a large dark colored emblem of some kind. That is easy to spot in the elevator shot. In the fight I was about 50/50 if that was KJ in the fray because it looked like his hoodie. I thought he did hit, or swing at, one of the guys. So what I'm concerned about is whether or not KJ is in the SUV he is going to be in trouble for assaulting a murder victim prior to the murder. And Mr. Suspend-a-lot Goodell is going to be all over that. It might be a good idea for us to accept KJ might not play much this year. Yeah I'm concerned KJ is in a lot if trouble.

Hey this has nothing to do with the actual player and case. But I was on YouTube and I was looking for the video of the fight and there was a Youtuber who had a still shot of KJ in the frame. So I clicked on it and it was 10 seconds of that still photo and it said "whole video in the description " so I clicked on the link and it sent me to an adult website. So FYI in case you got little ones near your computer. I'm also pretty mad cuz it probably infected my computer with viruses or something. So anyway, be careful on some of those YouTube videos. I hate people that do stuff like that. I could have had kids around me. O well, Public Service Announcement over. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

They need an unedited cut of the video and need to transpose color to the shades as it will help identify the particular individuals actions.
