PFT: Apple is "likely" landing Sunday Ticket

Might be bad for Apple users who don’t care for football because Apple may raise the prices for Apple TV and the accessories.

Also bad news for the DT customers who would get ST every other year for free because I’m guessing it will be around the 200-250 range.

Yea, I guess. I won't have to have a satellite dish on the roof to get The Ticket. So much easier to stream it like everything else.
I dropped Directv and therefore the Sunday Ticket 3 years ago. Got tired of being robbed every month by AT and T. I wonder how much Apple will charge for the service? If it's another 2-year contract at outrageous rates forget it.

Sunday ticket was worth it when NFL football was cool….but this garbage today is worth $0
Agreed. Price is insane for a bunch of crap games.

I pay for Hulu Live and get all of the in market games. Just wish they would allow people to pick and choose which out of market games you can get. As a Dallas fan, it's insane paying for Sunday ticket for just 2-3 games a season.

I'm sure it will be a separate add on.

Apple sucks and is overpriced, I was hoping Amazon would get the Sunday Ticket but when they got the Monday Night games (Which are also usually crap) I knew that was unlikely to happen

I was hoping for Amazon too. I get all of the Cowboys' games locally but I would like to have the ability to watch the rest of the division and other key games not televised nationally. I am not subscribing to Apple. I already have HULU, Netflix, HBO Max, and Amazon so that is enough..

Bout to price some more people out of entertainment.

sent from my iPhone.

Same here...

I'd much prefer any other service than Apple. However, I was able to steam any game and the Red Zone channel from "alternative" sites. So that's always an option.

Hopefully this means fans will have more options in terms of packages.
I used to have the Ticket via DirecTV but cut ties after the 2018 season. Just wasn’t worth it anymore.

Let viewers pick and choose which games they want to watch and pay as they go, and also offer larger packages for die hards who know they’re going to want access to every single NFL game, or break it down by division/conference too.

Yea, I’m over in Pennsylvania and have to utilize “alternative” streaming options for maybe 2-4 games per season on average.

If this new service can give fans the option to purchase out of market games on an as needed basis I’d be down with that as long as the price is fair. I’d rather not use those alternatives sites if possible but I’m also not interested in getting ripped off like the way DirecTV was doing it.
