I haven't personally picked him in any of my mocks.

I let the computer automation make selections and it came out like this, which I thought was interesting.

Lloyd looks like a stud.

Not sure I like coming out of this draft without an edge rusher, though.

If Lloyd makes it to 24, he would be the bpa. I just don’t see him making it past the Patriots.

I think if Gordon or McDuffie is on the board they select CB for sure
The Patriots or Cowboys? I think the Cowboys should draft the player the Patriots pass on except cornerback. I could see the Patriots drafting Zion. The dude is smart and fits their profile.

You lose Williams to free agency rather grab Kenyon Green round one solidify that hole in the unit teaming him up with Zack Martin and whoever wins the center position which might come down to Biadaz vs Farniok .

Usually when you look back at Jerry's comments he told you what they were going to do in the draft. I think it will be OL unless someone in the top 1-18 (Parsons Lamb) range falls to 24.

Travon Walker
Jordan Davis
Kayvon Thibodeaux
Aidan Hutchinson
Jermaine Johnson
Treylon Burks
Chris Olave

IMO, left guard is the position you can wait until round two/three on if other BPAs are available.

I fully expect a guy like Ereck Flowers or Trai Turner can play LG for one to two seasons at a solid level.

I don’t think the other positions you can find comparable talent at a discounted rate.

He should be in play at 24 but if you have OL ranked similarly and Dean isn't the clear BPA, you take the OL. There is a more pressing need along the OL than at LB.

I've kind of cooled on him. There's just too many other guys I like at #24.

Lloyd does seem like a Patriots kind of player. Bill tends to fill his roster with certain types and he loves big, aggressive Mike backers.

Usually, that's like "sometimes."

Lloyd is a freaky linebacker. I want him or Davis/Wyatt at 24. One of those 3 and I'm happy.
Wyatt could go undrafted man. I'm not touching him with these allegations outside of a 5th-UDFA

My dream in the first would be
  • Zion Johnson
  • Jordan Davis
  • Devin Lloyd

I don't love Lloyd in the first. But I do like the idea of him and Parsons alternating pass rusher/MLB. That is very appealing and could help out a middling pass rush from the DEs. But I don't know. I see alot of missed tackles, jogging, blown out of the play from Lloyd and I feel like I'm the only one seeing it

Lloyd is overrated. He's not a freak athlete nor does he have freak playreading skills, so what are yall seeing?
