Former 11th overall pick. 6’7” 374 lbs. Could he be our LG? He hasn’t done much but draft pedigree is appealing.
right more details wasnt this guy a recently drafted? why they getting rid of his so quickly with young QB who needs to be protected? How good is he? Better than anyone you’d get first round? What’s his contract?

I'll send a 5th, no more.My answer is....definitely, but depends on price.
Can't trade 24 for him, nor future firsts.
I doubt pick 58 gets it done, but I do that in a second...provided he can play guard for now.
Interesting question.. was Wirfs really the best of that group or did he just fall into the best situation?
^this^ essentially my feeling as well. It would be nuts to trade more than a 5th for this guy.I'd give next year's 6th and a bag of potato chips. He must sign a new extension for no more that 2mil per season while spending the off season at the fat farm.
A dislocated knee cap kept him out for an entire season. He let his weight get over 400lbs. His on-field play has been good. I liked him when he was drafted. The guy can totally destroy defenders and with his size he don’t get pushed around.Hes a bum. Jets will be lucky 2 get a 5th for him. If we traded a 5th, given we have 4 this year, I might be fine with that idea. Gives us a warm body at least.
