A WR that can't block in line, and has played at a lower level. His best games were against Arkansas State and NIU. He worse game against Kansas. Really Kansas.........

Long way to go to develop, IMO. And certainly not till the 4th round.

I'm leaning toward the fourth because this draft is fairly deep in similar-graded tight ends in those middle rounds.
