Did Philly pass Dallas as favorite to win the East

Don't know if this point has been made, but I hope that Philly is just good enough this year so that they won't be able to draft one of the top QBs in next year's draft.

With AJ Brown and Jordan Davis Philly got a lot more dangerous. Pairing Davis with Cox is going to be like Tampas defense.

Will Hurts move the ball just enough to win? Brown came from another run first offense and put up good numbers.

Right now it’s looking like a 8-9 season for Dallas if they can’t be assured of even beating Philly.
They still don't have a QB. They will be more of a run first team, teams will force Hurts to beat them.

It almost always seems to come down to us and Philly. Every now and then Washington or NY makes noise, then slides back into the sewers.

No. Dak>Jaylon
I agree. If all things are equal then Dak is clearly better.

But, all things are not equal. The Eagles might have the best WR unit in the NFL now while the Cowboys got much worse.

The players around you matter a lot for some guys. As a Cowboys fan that's watched Dak for the past 6 years you should know this.

The gap between Dak and Hurts is getting more blurry by every good move the Eagles make and every bad move the Cowboys make.

Also, 2021 Dak was better than 2021 Hurts. That doesn't mean at all that 2022 Dak is better than 2022 Hurts. Who's to say Hurts doesn't make a big leap while Dak regresses?

By adding a guy with 60 catches last year?

Nah bro...

Did you ever watch Dak without Cooper?
People have amnesia when it comes to 2018 Dak before the Cooper trade.

Amari Cooper literally saved Dak's career.

Cooper was the most important person on our offense for Dak. The two games without Cooper last season Dak had a total of 2 TDs, 2 INTs, and 2 FUMs and we lost both games.

The beauty in all of this is we'll find out eventually.
I'm not as down on Hurts as most others, I actually like him. They can win with him, especially if they fix their defense, which they are well on their way to doing.

They are absolutely better at WR with AJ Brown, but IMO, they overpaid. Treylon Burkes would have been a much smarter move, the one the Titans made bc they knew the AJ is overrated.

They have to out it together first and actually show it will work so no

We better all pray that Carson Strong's knees are as bad as advertised. This kid was the best QB in the draft. He is immediately the best QB on the roster. If his horrific knees hold up at all.

Amari saved our season because we had no threats in the passing game.

There is a difference to having no threats and having a pro bowl-first round wr, a franchise TE, a seasoned vet wr, and a talented 3rd round wr.

Hurts is not a good passer. Loading up w/ WR's is not the answer.

Doesn't matter, they will go up for one. They are never satisfied with where they pick.

We'll see how they do when Cooper isn't around taking the main attention away.

Here's a little prediction for ya: Cooper will 100% have a better season than CeeDee will next year.

Well said. We seriously had a roster full of backup WR types. Especially w/ Gallup being a rook. Allen Hurns as our #1? C'moooooooon.
