Wrong, Lacewell was brought in by Jimmy and was even Jimmy best man at his wedding. Jimmy got upset when Lacewell choose to stay in Dallas instead of going to the Dolphins with him and pretty much ended a friendship.

It was bad, I will say I think the draft was easier for Jimmy and Lacewell at the get go, since as a college coach he had recruited or tried to recruit many player he drafted. I think further removed from the game the more misses occurred.
