My Dad. He played on a state championship team in the 50s and played one yr of college football. He took me to my first Cowboys game in 1964. He also took me to my first college game in 1963 or 64.

Me and my brother grew up watching those NFFC championships against Montana and Rice. Those were the best games. Aikman was ice cold in the playoffs.

I liked the sport more when the players played for the love of the game and had a passion for winning. Haven't seen any of that on a Cowboys roster in going on 30 years.

I never watched football, didn't think it was exciting, then back in 2003 we got the Xbox when it released and my brother bought us NFL 2003, became addicted to that game and then started watching the Cowboys on TV lol, and then I started watching football religiously at the start of the 2005 season.

Playing HS football got the bug and cant shake it..its king over all other sports and not even close..

.watched my first ever DC game in 1981 at 10years old the catch 9er playoff game..odd for kid comig from the NY/NJ areas sees this game and automatically a DC fan for life.. family wasn't happy..lol
