If you base the majority of you opinions on box scores then you have no idea what you're watching on Sunday's.

Stats were invented in sports so casuals can follow the game.
Great post!!!! People who don’t really know football, base everything on stats.Eye test is the most important thing, not stats created for fantasy football.

Dak played with 3 All-Pros on the O-line before and it led to nothing.

Why do you think it will now all of a sudden?

I seem to recall 13-3 rookie of the yr ….now in yr 7 some new WR blood he’s a vet yes with several questionable starters gone from the OLine better play will lead to better QB success .

You think Josh Allen was drafted 7th overall by the Bills because he threw for 1,800 yards, 16 TDs, and 6 INTs?

If you're only looking at stats like a few of our uninformed friends here Josh Allen would be working at McDonald's while someone like Graham Harrell would be #1 overall pick.

With those kind of stats, Josh Allen must really stink.:lmao2:

He’s better but not by much. He’ll need to get to the nfc title game to really put some separation between him and Romo in most fan’s eyes.

Really?! You give these delusional Romo-fanatics too much credit.. Dak can win the next 2-Super Bowls and they will say that Romo is STILL better lol.

Lol.

Romo was significantly better than Dak. They don't belong in the same discussion.

That's like comparing Zack Martin and Mackenzy Bernadeau.
We are talking about the same Tony Romo right?! The Romo I remember was nothing more than a stat QB that would turnover the ball in the most inopportune times in big moments. You're actually right when you say they don't belong in the same discussion.. Dak took his job and kept his job even after Romo was healthy.

Dak didn’t earn that job.He lucked out w/ injuries to Romo and Kellen Moore. And by process of elimination………lucked out into a loaded team.

I like how they use the "took Dak's job" as some kind of badge of honor for Dak.

The Cowboys by their own admission wanted to roll with the hot hand, and I was okay with it, but to act like broken down ready to retire Tony Romo got his job took based on skill is laughable.

I’m no Dak hater nor Romo homer but I’d take Romo. I think Romo would have been the main reason if they would’ve got a SB while he was here
IF Dak is on a SB winning team while he’s here it won’t be because of him precisely.....it’ll be about the defense

I am confident enough in that to say never.

I believe Dak plays himself out of town by the end of this current contract and hopefully we take the QB position seriously for the 1st time since Aikman.
I wish you were wrong, but you’re not.Dak is not the guy to take us to the promised land.He may put up some decent garbage time stats, but when it really matters he will falter no matter how much talent is around him.

But why didn't they give Romo his job back once he was healthy?? If Romo was so great wouldn't he be a better option at QB on a "loaded team". Fact of the matter is the Jones gang saw enough of Romo to understand that he is not a winner..
