NFL ODDS: WHY YOU SHOULD BET AGAINST DAK PRESCOTT, DALLAS COWBOYS

I saved the best for last, so how is this parting shot? In the previous 25 years, the Cowboys have never produced back-to-back seasons with double-digit wins. Let's face it, this franchise doesn’t handle success well.

And forget double-digit wins, what about just making the playoffs in back-to-back seasons? That last happened for Dallas in 2006 and 2007.

Sorry, Dallas fans. I'm fading the Cowboys. Give me the under win total for next season as one of my best early bets.

You have supported Jones’s losing strategy for 27 years.

Not speaking up is a crime.

Reality doesn't care about superstition. Every year is different. Just look at the Cowboys schedule, 10.5 is perfect for a 17 game season. It looks like we'll win 10 or 11. If I had to bet, I'd have to take the under just in case Dak gets hurt and is out multiple games.

Never ever bet an over for team wins. Find an under you like and bet that. This was you don't have to worry about a starting QB getting hurt.

I don't think it has anything to do with the no team winning the NFL East in back to back seasons thing... That's superstitious junk.

I think it has more to do with watching the offense never recover after the Denver game, not replacing guys with equal or better talent, and seeing the Eagles clearly get better while already being a playoff level team.

Mountain I think you have earned your Horsemen card. Lol

Yes, I would. Not even I would accept such a lie. But, I sure wouldn't be slobbering at the mouth if he said Romo was the best QB the NFL has seen in the past 50 years the way some of you definitely would.

Which literally no one thinks. To me Romo and Dak are two peas in a pod - stat padders who couldn't / can't be trusted to win the games that matter most. They have what, two playoff wins between them over the past 16 years?

Meh - I never had confidence that Romo was going to get it done and I feel the same with Dak.

I like what they have done and feel that they have a very good chance at winning the East. They are the favorite to do so and they will have added about 15 new players to the team that should help them.
Good chance of winning the east.....agreed.....

I think the Eagles got better, but they won't be as good as they think they'll be — not until they get a quarterback.
Lol. Jason McIntyre is the same Fox analyst "ripped for possibly the worst NFL mock draft of all time". That said, don't fall for his hideous articles/comments & predictions.

Playoff level team? The cowboys beat them. Handidly. Twice. I thought Dak doesn’t perform well against good teams? I heard it here

So maybe this "sports betting analyst" should gamble his kid's college fund away on some other team. He can put his house on the Giants beating the spread.

And what does Dak have to do with the Cowboys record back in 2007?

My answer to the title of the OP would be:

The Cowboys have not shown any abillity to beat teams outside the division or playoff level teams.

The Cowboys have still not made the necessary. roster or coaching improvementss in order to win in the playoffs.

Period. Case closed.

I don't know how anyone could look at the Cowboys offseason and think the Cowboys are a better team than they were last season. They clearly lost more than they gained, and the NFL is such a parity league that even little losses can drop a team way down from where they were the previous year. I think the Cowboys offseason losses put even more pressure on Dak to win games and that is the opposite of where they need to be.
