You will disappear out of embarrassment for several weeks at a time this season. That’s your M.O. and the best part about you as a poster.
You shouldn't concern yourself with my attendance here as your real dilemma (IF you are a Cowboy fan) is how Dak goes MIA in games vs real defenses.......:omg:....and wakes up when its Garbage time to fall a day and dollar short once again!!!

You guys are almost smart.

Dallas will extend Dak after the season to add years and reduce his base salary.
He'll likely get about 45M per year for the 2 added years. And this will probably continue with a couple years at a time added at increasing franchise QB rates.
It keeps Dak paid at franchise level and keeps his base low for salary cap purposes.
They will probably start adding void years at some point to spread cap hits.

Dallas had the number 1 offense in football last year with Dak coming off major surgery, playing through 3 nagging injuries....
Going to need you guys to use your brains.
How did the number one offense get on when it actually mattered at home in the play offs taking away the 7 points the Cowboys D handed to them?
You put 6-8 teams from the AFC in this division they would be ranked the #1 offense not to mention the likes of the Packers, Rams and the Bucs. 6 games to massage those stats baby! Dak has dined out over that for 6 years and duped the Jones boys

The Prescott lead Cowboys have made a career beating up on the NFC Least since 2016........Deduct those wins and stats good old Dak is at best a .500 QB......
The truth HURTS them to their core but hey life is life and the truth no matter how painful will rise to the top!!!
1 playoff win with probably one of the most talented offensive rosters around him is his claim to fame pretty much.

We are closer to his departure than his arrival this is the good news!!!!

Rodgers just got 50M per at 38 years old with a young R1 QB sitting behind him.

BTW, last year he was masterful but played in 1 playoff game versus the same team who beat Dallas and GB scored 10 points and lost....
With a weaker o line and slightly worse playing conditions for both quarterbacks... Plus he can chill at night. He already has a ring.

This is Daks contract which is guaranteed thru 2023. There are some options to bow out in 2024.

Most likely we will resign him before this contract matures. I’d say after 2023.

And why he only wanted a 4 year deal as the NFL is due for a hefty increase in players share due to new collective bargaining agreement which will reflect all of the leagues new TV network deals raising the Cap significantly.

I really hate the idea of him getting a new contract at 60 million a year also mostly guaranteed. But you know it is what it is.
60 mill per will be chump change by then, thats what the general consensus is...lol

Since Super Bowl 40, only THREE QBs have won multiple Super Bowls ..........Wilson, Rogers, Roethlisberger, and Brees have only won ONE, despite playing 10 or more years. I'm pretty sure they have NOT set the Super Bowl ( maybe not even the NFCCG) as his floor for an extension. My point is as long as Dak stays healthy and we continue winning..........he ain't going nowhere. My guess is they will try to extend him in 2023 but the keyword is TRY. Remember it takes two to tango and Dak may not wanna sign until he's assured of his max value. Hell that could mean the end of 2024 before he's interested.

Super Bowl 40. Ben Roethlisberger (Hines Ward), 0 TDs
Super Bowl 41. Peyton Manning (MVP), 1 TD
Super Bowl 42. Eli Manning (MVP), 2 TDs
Super Bowl 43: Ben Roethlisberger (Santonio Holmes), 1 TD
Super Bowl 44: Drew Brees (MVP), 2 TDs
Super Bowl 45: Aaron Rogers (MVP), 3TDs
Super Bowl 46: Eli Manning (MVP), 1 TD
Super Bowl 47: Joe Flacco (MVP), 3TDs
Super Bowl 48: Russell Wilson (Malcolm Smith), 2TDs
Super Bowl 49: Tom Brady (MVP), 4TDs
Super Bowl 50: Peyton Manning (Von Miller), 0TDs
Super Bowl 51: Tom Brady (MVP), 2TDs
Super Bowl 52: Nick Foles (MVP), 3 TDs
Super Bowl 53: Tom Brady (Julian Edelman), 0TDs
Super Bowl 54: Patrick Mahomes (MVP), 2 TDs
Super Bowl 55: Tom Brady (MVP), 3 TDs

As critical as I have been about Dak, this upcoming season will be the telling story of if he is our QB1 franchise guy. No more excuses, young bodies on OL, Zeke is healhy and our WR crew is young and hungry. And, Dak is said to be injury free which we can attribute to some of last years mess. If he can't cement himself after this coming season we need to look elsewhere and not waste some of the hopeful up and coming talent on both sides of the ball. The only issue is do we trust our ownership to follow through with what we all know needs to be done? The simple answer is unfortunately staring at us straight in the face

I mean if you can upgrade do anytime, thats what is always funny about this argument to me...No doubt there are some better QB's ...but can you get them or are you just changing QB's hoping the outcome is diferent?

4 hours later and clearly nobody at all cares.

You thought you did some kind of heroic thing, didn't ya?:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Grow up.
The precedence was established as you admitted to being a Dak Troll.

No bells or fireworks are going to go off. Just a clear and present defining moment for a reference from this point forth.

Barring an injury which could threaten his career or something unforeseen at this time it’s difficult with our dysfunctional ownership and leadership to imagine a scenario we wouldn’t stay with Prescott based on his current level of performances which had been more than enough for the Cowboys to remain relative and interesting which in Jethro’s own words are the priority to continue the revenue juggernaut .

Somebody throw this kid a parade, compliment him, do something at least.

He thinks he's done some important work here. I fit his definition of a "Dak troll". Will somebody please acknowledge this hero? Anybody? No?
