Romo had my support early and late in his career. It's when he went Hollywood that he lost me. Everything a few of us said would turn out did exactly that due to Romo's own actions.
He went Hollywood as you have described his first full season starting . And you were a major critic trolling him on old site. You can’t wash your hands of that.

And if Dak doesn’t have any more team success then these trolls can say they were right too. Don’t you see the similarity?

People can be too rough on Dak around here.

Still, completion percentage is not necessarily a measure of how accurate you are.
If you choose to not throw unless someone is open, you will have a higher completion rate and fewer ints. You may not win the big games, but you will have that.

Again, I actually have Dak's back overall and in general. However, he is just mostly (not 100%, but usually) a see it before you throw it guy.
Definitely a reactionary QB.

They use the word HATE to take the issue off the gridiron and to areas that fuel their shortcomings in how they view the world.
They have my sympathies........

Funny how some are so insecure about the “Anointed One” that they are compelled to post daily threads trying to prop up the 1-3 playoff record dud, trying to convince us otherwise.

Elite players don’t need to be propped up…..their success speaks for itself.

Get to a Championship game and prove us wrong.

Where would this team be without our offense which has been carrying it much of this era under Romo and Dak without a top 5-10 caliber defense?

That doesn’t mean they were great QB’s. But they were enough without a better defense to keep us relevant and competitive while healthy.

We all want a Rodgers or Mahomes but there isn’t enough Elite QB’s to fill 32 franchises.

History has proven that less than Elite QB’s can be built around . Where we have ultimately failed is building greater defenses to compliment our offense providing a better balance.

Romo went Hollywood after the 2006 season: during 2007 - 2010. Once he got married in 2011, he settled down and concentrated fully on football and the Cowboys but sadly that's when Romo's age and injuries started creeping up. The issue is that during 2007 - 2010 seasons, Romo was in his prime (ages 27 - 30). He wasted his prime healthy years by going Hollywood, and I can't forgive him for that.

You were a full blown Romo critic trolling thread after thread in much the same fashion these Dak trolls are doing.

……I’ll be here when the next QB arrives. …..Maybe well actually pick one before the 4th round
Don’t count on it. And if we do it could be a Manziel or Lynch.

While Romo and Dak haven’t been Elite we have been fortunate with this dysfunctional ownership and organization to have them to prop us up or we’d be more like a 4-6 win team every year .

No, not true. I gave him his props when deserved, but I couldn't excuse his "Hollywoodness" the way all of you Romo die hards did daily. I told y'all his Hollywoodness would cost him and the team, but y'all didn't want to hear it. Time proved one of us correct.

That’s not how most would recall your actions. The fact you want to be right is a troll trait.

That’s what drives the troll tactic is the fact Dak now and Romo then didn’t win a championship.

Sorry AC but it is much the same. You’ve become a Dak Homer much like the Romo homers you bashed.

And I was much in the middle on Romo as I am with Dak. Prob more of a critic than supporter. I’d call it a more balanced view.

Dak by the numbers.

14 - the number of seconds left on the clock.
17 - the number of yards he gained running.
0 - the number of seconds left on the clock.

Not only QB ( head fault ) coordinator too, calling a run play when must get 1st down wasting 14 secs , dont hav confidence in QB and receivers to get a fast out , out of bounds to stop the clock and go for couple of throws to EZ.
Go figure .
