Article: Sam's Club cuts cost of annual membership to $8 for limited time

That's a good price I guess. I dropped mine after I moved away from one near me. That and I really didn't shop there enough to justify the membership.

To be fair, not everyone has a Costco near them. It may be a regional thing though.
We finally got one and it opened in 2019. I find the cleanliness and customer service to be a notch better, least here.

Worth the price in gas savings alone. My Sam's Club is typically .15 to .20 cents cheaper per gallon than Kroger.
Yep, Costco here is about 15 cents cheaper than the nearest 7-11 or whatnot. Heck just on the money i save on dog food is well worth the membership.

I had a sams membership but at the time it just wasn't worth it, even in bulk savings.
The one next to me was just loaded with junk food. Meat prices weren't that much better per lb.

Costco/Sam's are both wonderful imo. They offer food items that regular grocery stores just don't have. Other non food items as well w/great prices.
