He has to lock down the LG spot and be good as a rookie if this OL has any chance of being better than last year.

If Smith can play well at LG and you have Martin at RG, then it really helps Biadasz who is the weakest link along the OL IMO.

I love this video!

Tyler Smith is definitely getting trained properly, especially with that hand tool that forces him to keep his elbows in, thus enabling him to have better technique and balance. That will drastically help him.

As for Biadasz, he needs more work than adrenaline sled-pushing sprints. Hope he keeps improving with his balance, hands and push. Plus, he needs to get more athletical and stronger.

I think it's possible that Biadasz gets stronger and with health shows great improvement.

But Badasz might be better with some strength and talent on his left side

Love that he's working in the offseason. We will see if he can reach his potential or not, but seems like a solid kid with good work ethic and the drive to do well

We’ll see how he performs in training camp and preseason.
KJJ - your response about Smith applies to Fehoko - and others.
All these visuals about new and young players in offseason individual or group workouts...followed by reoports from OTAs and minicamp.
Training camp and preseason is the true proving ground for touted rookies.
The same applies to 2nd and 3rd year players that have received recognition for potential - but shown little (if any) - solid and consistent results in actual play in games.

Workouts and OTA’s are just going through the motions. You find out about players when they put on the pads and the hitting starts. This is where the competition begins.
