I love this video!

Tyler Smith is definitely getting trained properly, especially with that hand tool that forces him to keep his elbows in, thus enabling him to have better technique and balance. That will drastically help him.

As for Biadasz, he needs more work than adrenaline sled-pushing sprints. Hope he keeps improving with his balance, hands and push. Plus, he needs to get more athletical and stronger.

I think taking a weakness on the line and turning it into a strength would be outstanding.
That said we have not seen the young man play yet, so the verdict is still out there.
Hope he fulfills our expectations.

Training camp and preseason is the true proving ground for touted rookies.
The same applies to 2nd and 3rd year players that have received recognition for potential - but shown little (if any) - solid and consistent results in actual play in games.

Workouts and OTA’s are just going through the motions. You find out about players when they put on the pads and the hitting starts. This is where the competition begins.
