If the NFL fights this, man have they opened up a can of worms for any future arbitrations. Not a good idea.

Accept and move on.
I agree, but I was responding to what happens if the league appeals and Goodell hands out a year suspension and WATSON tries to take the case to federal court... he will lose, just like every other player that has tried to do so.

Tough one. Not sure he would in this case, since both sides agreed to the arbitrator. I think that changes things.

Did any of the other cases involve and arbitrator?

i think the weird thing is that there is a condition that he not be allowed to get massages but anywhere other than a Browns facility. Why there be a need for his behavior to change?

well if you were aware that an Arbitrator decided this, why are you trying to compare the two cases to show one was not fair?

I agree that Zeke shouldnt have been suspended, but tat is irrelevant to Watson's case.

Well, was it not an arbitor that originally decided the Zeke case? Or was that not afforded to him?

If I recall it was the FO inability to properly prepare for a possible suspension. They did absolutely NOTHING as if Zeke wasnt getting suspended. Then they put in the backup RB and expected him to be able to do the EXACT same things and didnt alter the offense at all.

A Garrett special if I remember correctly. The Cowboys werent doing anything that year in the playoffs.

They should have prepared, of course. However, especially when the investigator stated that a suspension should not take place, then I can see why they weren't thinking it'd be 6 games. Also, sure, we probably have a Garrett Special in the playoffs, but the Eagles would still have an empty trophy case.

Tom Brady was suspended only 2 less games for maybe knowing that a football was not fully inflated.

If this suspension does not get extended that means the NFL will accept that there's only a 2 game difference between 20+ assault allegations and and an deflated football allegation.
Tru but tom brady was guilty as hell. But still ridiculous watson only got 6 games. Shoot ridley got suspended the whole year gambling on his team to win when he wasnt even playing lol

Not true.

We already knew Chaz was a dishrag, it was in his predraft scouting report!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was majorly POed when we took Chaz over Grady Jarrett.

By we, I meant the FO lol. I thought Chaz might be ok, but yeah, he was a used dishrag.

wrong... the nfl would win any case Watson's team takes to court. Reason? simple... the parties in the case would have already agreed to give the league the ability to appeal the arbitrators decision and dish out whatever punishment it wants. A judge is not going to tear up an agreement that both sides agreed to... its called a contract basically.
You think the league is going to drag this out? I know the Woke media wants its pound of flesh. The NFLPA would fight it and bring in the owners allegations.

An utter travesty.
Goodell should be ashamed of himself.
The personal conduct policy is subjective and a sham!
I know man the NFL should send him to the moon for 2 courts not even finding enough evidence to charge the man criminally. NFL needs to correct this NOW!!!!! Kill him, stone him...
