I'm so tired of hearing about the 90s. It's not coming back

Well if you're a glutton for punishment then go ahead and rewatch all the misery and heartache that has occurred in the eras after that. As for me, all we got are the 90's now to remind us of the glory days. I prefer that than to open scabs and wounds from more recent times. But i do understand if you are under 30 years of age and all you have is the memories of failure. Sorry about that, you can thank Jerry and son.

90's were great as they still had some "Hate" for the opposing teams but much less than the 70's had, when they generally didin't like each other and let it be known on the field. Now they are all basically working for the same company trying to showcase themselves with no real rivalry comming inot play.

Major hitting in this game from 1992 when the Cowboys were hungry and about to go on a dynasty run.

Incredibly physical league then. Virtually every play.

Different era for sure.
Jimmy only keep players that were motavated.
Overall players were more hungry back then.

The last great era for NFL football before rules were changed to basically outlaw defense.

Every big hit wasn't followed by announcers debating whether s flag should be thrown and replaying the play a 100 times.

Yeah, with free agency teams turn over every year. The guy you're competing against this week could be on your team next year. Or next week.

Surely you aren't happy with how things are now. The team is a clown show compared to back then. If you prefer this then no one will try to change your mind. To each his own.

Personally, I rarely talk about the 90's teams unless someone brings it up here. The only thing that really gut punches me is when I remember that I was a young man at 30 years old the last time Dallas played in both an NFC Championship and a super bowl. I turn 57 in 9 days... my age has nearly doubled and that is really deflating. If I gave a damn it would almost be a bit depressing but Jerry destroyed my give-a-pooper many years ago. I really only watch these days because I enjoy the sport. What used to be a passion has been turned in to nothing more than weekend entertainment for a few months each year.

That music makes it so much more dramatic. I love it

Too many of these hits will be illegal with league’s current pi$ poor rules.

Also interesting ,how the OC - Turner used pass ( Aikman dink and dunk ) in the 1st possession to set up run later, and also stick with run even it seemed not working . Moore can learn from that .

I don't think they were faster. More physical? Yes. Faster? No.
The whole 90's dynasty defenses were predicated on speed. Those were the players Johnson specifically wanted.

If the RB ever hesitated there would be like 5 white Jerseys show up for the the gang tackle on every single play. They were relentless

Out of the Top 10 fastest NFL players of all time, 5 of those Top 10 were from the year 2005 - today. Proves which era had the most fastest players.
