Yes, when the run game isnt working and we fall behind by double digits, all teams are going to pass more to conserve time and play catchup.

Thats not a Moore issue. Thats a situational football issue. The run game was directly to blame for a lot of those early deficits.

One thing we were talking about earlier was Dallas runs at a 30% clip when behind. Many teams with decent records still ran over 40% while trailing, such as TEN, GB, PHI, CLE, BUF. While you’re right their rates are definitely down from when tied or leading as they don’t want to burn clock, Dallas’s variance from 47% runs while tied or ahead to 30% is an enormous change of tact that others resist.

I absolutely think so, but I know part of it is protection. They pretty much split carries early then it dropped off.

After Smith went down and the line faultered the games were much closer. NO blowouts and we were fighting for our lives almost every week. So they thought they needed their hero Zeke in there when it was actually the opposite. Zeke was one of the reasons we couldnt run the ball.

Jerry went down to the sidelines during a game back in the Garrett era and ordered Romo put back into a game. And you are going to try to tell us Jerry isn't involved with the rosters and who plays or doesn't? Where's your proof?
