Dak Prescott is my favorite Cowboys player currently. 2016 was my favorite regular season to watch the Cowboys since 1992. Dak was outstanding and the team was young/fun. It is 2022 Dak makes 40 million a year. The last two games he has played he has been awful. Dak has nothing special about him. His arm appears average and he can barely run. Now he is injury prone. I see why the Cowboys hesitated to give him the big contract. What a mistake…….

This defense is not that great. Don't be fooled by their point total. Tampa whipped them all game long. Maybe due to them being on the field so often? Well, that is going to be the norm. This offense blows and will not sustain anything with or without Dak.

This isn't a league where you can depend on a defense consistently. If your offense sucks, you won't be that good.

Also, you think this front office can find that QB? I don't, They lucked into Romo. Dak was always supposed to be a backup. No one drafts a QB in the 4th ro be a franchise guy. They also wanted to trade up in 2016 for Lynch. Luckily that fell through.

Be ready for the dark ages between Aikman and Romo. It's coming.

Dak is what I have been saying he is since 2016, a product of his personnel. Average QB with the right team around him looks good but will never win a big game. Average QB with an average to poor team around wont sniff the playoffs. Romo got screwed

Dak has regressed and I said several times the past few weeks that he was going to have a tough time getting back on track with the lack of talent he has around him on offense. If he doesn’t play well when he returns and the Cowboys end up with a high draft pick, which they likely will it wouldn’t surprise me if they pick a QB. Dak signed a four-year deal so they’ll likely move on from him at the end if it. The fan base is extremely down on him and it appears he’s lost confidence.

I believe Dak and Brady were the lowest-drafted QBs who will start week 1. We all know Brady is the exception, not the norm. Dak has outperformed his draft position but there is just a ceiling he can't overcome as a 4th round QB and that tends to be what happens for NFL starting QBs.

Once again when the Boys went up against a playoff team Prescot looked like a deer in the head lights! He's just flat out horrible with both his reads and passes. This dude can't produce unless he has an ALL-PRO O-Line protecting him! If there is any type of rush on him he goes into struggle mode throwing to imaginary open receivers and TEs! At this point, this is the best thing that could happen to the Cowboys. With the D that show up last night and an offense that will have to get back to the basics I believe this team can come together for a nice run in their division.

He was flat out terrible, he couldn’t hit the side of a barn. The wr were not great but you have to get it to them. This 3 point explosion was on Dak plain and simple, he might have been the worst QB in all the games played yesterday, sorry no lame excuses on this one.
