Everyone on here hates Kellen and after Sunday I get it. But ever since online message boards were created the Cowboys OC has been the teams lightning rod since the days of Bruce Coslet in the 90s even when the team led the league in scoring offense and yards and it wasn’t only against bad teams.

So have you always hated the OC? Because they haven’t had 29 years of bad OCs so perhaps some years your anger should be more directed to the players.

For me I loved the 2007 team with Garrett. Always went for the dagger even when up 2 scores in the second half. I think Kellen brings a lot of creativity and obviously at times discretion is badly needed when to use it.

A lot of coaches and schemes are about the same and pretty much all are restricted to how well players execute. Kellen would look a lot better if players didn’t get in 3rd and 7 all the time.

You have it wrong.

The OC in 2007 was Tony Sparano. Garrett was just pretending. As evidenced by the nosedive the O took when Sparano left. Garrett was a good con man. Nothing more.

I thought Callahan and Lenahan both did a nice job overall. But the difference between both of them from Moore is that they had done the job elsewhere and as such had their philosophy to kind of override Garrett's paint by numbers approach. Moore has no such gravitas so he is really just a worse version of Garrett if you ask me.

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – When Jason Garrett joined the Dallas Cowboys in 2007, he was given the title of offensive coordinator and the duty of calling the team's plays, neither of which he surrendered when he was named head coach midway through the 2010 season.

The team took a nosedive because the OL took a nosedive

Linehan was the last one, was good in 2014, loved the way he ran the ball, and he was hamstrung by JG being HC and OC wannabe.

He was also good in 2016, those 2 years were the only good seasons for dallas offense in last 15 years, and he didnt have a great defense
to help out, in fact his teams did good when dallas had the worst defense in the nfl.

Norv Turner.
Blimey, he struck me as a wise ash and his face always left me pining for a full moon.

But I gotta hand it to ol' Norvell, when he was here he made it work!

My bubba old man.
Living in that past must frustrate your present to no end.

It'll continue till the day you accept that what happens happen.
And then you either move forward, or you whine about it.
