It's their own fault. They should have drafted a good DT in the second round and got that DE in the 3rd. He would have been there. Some say he would have been there in the 4th.
But then you wouldn't have had a 3rd round WR inactive last Sunday when the guys in front of him couldnt play dead. Not saying the receiver should have played. More of an indictment on him and the FO.

Kinda felt like they prescripted the first three rounds based on who they knew would be there.

Similar to the Trysten Hill pick.

Makes one wonder, did they set their big board up by who they wanted to select if available. Or was it really by BPA.
I believe it was set up for need, not BPA.
Given how they approached FA, it was clear they used the draft to fill need.

Using mid round picks for that purpose is pure stupidity. When are they ever ready to play and fill an immediate need?

Another major flaw in the Stephen Jones roster building strategy.

This front office and coaching staff is full of numbskulls.

They drafted Connor Williams and forced him to play Guard, even though he would have been better at playing either Tackle or Center due to his athleticism. They released him this offseason. Miami picked him up, made him their starting Center, and last Sunday he finished the weekend as the #1 performing Center to start the season. This same bunch of numbskulls have failed at properly rebuilding our Oline because they don't know who should start at what position, much less know who should be starting and who shouldn't.

They are making the same mistake with the receiving crew for the same reasons. Last Sunday, they started Armstrong at right DE and played him there most of the game. Armstrong was a complete failure who never once put any heat/pressure on or came close to Tom Brady, much less ever secured that right edge against the run. Sam Williams should have started and played there most of the game, but this group of coaches simply can't think properly for some weird reason.

Now, they are risking of losing John Ridgeway for their own incompetence. Good luck finding another big guy to plug in the middle if Ridgeway gets stolen and Bohanna suddenly suffers an injury. We will be back to having the middle of the D-line be our weakest point once again, especially against the run.

He will eventually right? He’s getting waived from the practice squad, meaning Dallas doesn’t want him at all. So he’s either working at the Marriott by the Airport, or someone adds him to their PS.
The tweet states that they hope to re-sign him to the p-squad if he clears waivers.
