OL wasn't great last week but they tried to overcompensate for them. Leaving backs and Tes in and only putting 2-3 people in routes. The mental error on stunts killed them.

The wrs were not good either. drops, bad routes and no plus plays. They didnt drop anything this week and made some plays.

You know it is possible to play bad in one week and good in the next right?
Ok so the WRs learned to run routes, the OL learned to block as for the drops CD has a habit of that but last week so many of the throws were not close, it was just a bad game. A little tape on CR and I’m sure it will be a bad game right.

To give you a clue it's the opposite of a QB throwing the ball to a wide open receiver with separation and no defenders close by - a staple throw by Dak Prescott

I have a clue. Show me stats? You made the claim, show me stats on both. Eye test are not stats.

Cooper was 19-31.
I will give some of that was his 1st game starting. Let's see what he does in NY before starting what will not be a QB controversy.
Including setting up a field goal for a game winning drive against the Superbowl runners up. Yes, let's just belittle him to prop up Dak.

Ya ok.

That TD to Brown was very high...he caught.

Saw a couple of other that were thrown behind but were also caught.

Difference from week 1 to week 2.

But ya...Dak is the worst qb in the league and Cooper Rush is the new starter.
The TD throw epitomises the difference between the two QB's....Cooper's throw was in front and gave Noah the chance to dive. Dak's speciality results in the receiver having to stop, change direction and inevitably have to raise or lower his hands.

Its no coincidence. A rusty Cooper Rush is moved up from the practice squad and clicks better with our receivers than Prescott. Rush lead receivers with anticipation and no back bending receptions. Cooper Rush was the one who lead the Cowboys over the Vikings last year with both Amari and Ceedee going over 100 yards+ receiving.

The fan in this gif has a Rush jersey on. Get it while its hot.

You do know that was his family right?

Oh ya got me! Now go watch the game. Light boxes vs the run game and soft cover two zones do not validate the dumb quote by Ward.

Same thing that happened to Mahomes in the playoffs last year.
Why do you keep repeating the same Mantra . . .

Same thing that happened to Mahomes in the playoffs last year.

Trying to insinuate Malholmes into this is just you grasping at straws

Sad really . . . stop being a stubborn . . . Die hard

Dak is Kaput

Turn the page . . . You have been a valiant warrior . . .

Now

HOW 'BOUT DEM COWBOYS

Micah just dismantled the Bengals with a little help from the QB

Recipe for success

And next year when we dump all this dead weight . . . we will be on the road to recovery and a boat load of cash in 2 years . . . The future is bright

Mahomes saw the same coverage that Dak saw in the playoffs.

If you don't understand this, I can't help you.

Cooper should have been intercepted 3 or 4 times tonight. He was lucky their DBs can’t catch.
goes for many qbs across the league, near misses etc.

they don't count the 3-19 on third down mostly in the 2nd half need work but please take the dang win and lets move to the NYG.. Every game is one off and all play out different.,. No carry over for either team, especially in our divisions.
rush held it down for player this place rejected now twice and wrong both times..we played with 3rd strig LG, rookie RT, average RT some raw WRs Oh Brown another player on the zone hit list , oh Maher those said we shouldn't have signed him, ALL came through..it was a team effort down 5 starters. You take it and move to next week,

you know the bloated NY fans egos and the city will be riding high on their fake 2-0 start, we can shut them up , this is big game, cant allow the NYG to ger to 3-0 while we wait on players to get back especially dak..rtaher win a division game vs an AFC game as they count for more later.

What does that have to do with Dak?

Dak is His own man totally seperated from Malhomes . . . Your analogy implies:

If Malholmes couldn't beat it . . . What makes you think Dak could beat it? . . . And if Malholmes is still considered Great then Dak should be considered great . . and if you claim Malholmes is still GRRAT and Dak is not . . . Then you are a Hipocrite

You are playing fast and loose with the fact that Dak sucks and Malholmes is great . . and everything else is just a coincidence

Playoffs are a different beast . . . thats when things are turned up and average players play turned up as a team as a whole . . . that s when warriors rise to the occasion and memories are made. . . a whole different beast

So do us all a favor . . . And stop implying stupid straw men arguments to suit your agenda osf Sympathy for the fraud that is Dak

6 years have been long enough. . .

At this point its sad really

Dak likes separation and isn't a throw you open QB. The current crew aren't fast and aren't great route runners.

Coop doesn't have a cannon. He's been getting by with touch and placement his entire career. He's a good fit for a WR crew that requires that.

Dak may have had his worst game ever as a Cowboy. If it ain't the worst, it must be close. I wonder if it was the shades of Atlanta coming back to haunt us. He had a rookie and an UDFA backup on the left side. Probably made him antsy, and when he's antsy he plays poorly. It's not like Dak can never find open receivers. This was an uncharacteristically poor showing for Dak.
Awwwww poor Dak was Antsy . . . And Poor Dak doesn't like to be Antsy . . .

Can you imagine. . . . The $40 million dollar QB doesn't like to feel Antsy

:facepalm:Amazing

You're trying to vindicate Dak's poor performance by equating it to other performances. That's an excuse (I never mentioned blame).

No I was not, I was pointing out that Dak haters will pick apart the smallest bad detail, but let other QB's bad games slide.

Same 'ole excuses, comparing performance to others, blaming the team or coaching staff.
Is this not your quote? It sure was.

I'm stoked for Cooper Rush and I hope he can keep it going. But when you strip it away he's barely a backup QB in the league yet is 2-0 in a team that Dak Prescott struggles so badly with.

It just makes it even more frustrating that we don't have a quality QB. If we had a top 6 or even top 10 QB in the league then we would be fighting it out for the #1 seed this season with a genuine Superbowl roster which the team also had last season yet fell short due to incompetent play from the offense particularly QB. It's evident now that Dak Prescott is the problem but due to his ludicrous contract he will come back in as the starter after recovering from injury.

So enjoy the team playing like a team whilst you can before the negativity returns.

The one caveat I will make is the front office made a terrible decision to not keep Amari Cooper. I have always been consistent with that. He's a genuine #1 and facilitated the best out of Lamb.
100% and unequivocally . Oh Hell No

He may be given one chance . . . but if exposed once again . . . he will be relagated to the beach

The Fan base aint having it

I just felt like saying that...that's why. lol

It is because, if you scroll up, i said they were seeing different coverages (which they are). Coop is seeing coverages that you would expect to see from a guy elevated from the PS for the game. Dak was seeing coverages that you would expect to see for a guy who finished 3rd in qb rating in the league and had the #1 offense in the entire league.

If you don't understand this, i really can't help you.
