I think ultimately for this team to hit its potential they can’t play conservative. They are gonna have to sit it out but have to do it smart. Definetly need to call some plays that takes advantage of Dak’s legs and allows him to throw on the run.

Rush is getting the ball out fast and either Dak needs to do the same or they need to adjust to his actual skill set.

Why do you think the game plan is different?

He wants Dak to have a gazzilion stats...and can win the game by himself....but Cooper needs coddled with a run game and a defense. And we are winning.

This is the formula, and it hasn't changed. This approach even fit s the personnel (OL better at run blocking, good RBs, WR n TEs can block). A run heavy scheme supports/compliments a good defense. Cowboys have been running over every opponent, and ppl want them to start passing for what? Dak's stats? You play the game to win.

It's more like Kellens high flying, easy tricked into pass heavy game plans aren't all that great. Keep it simple. It's a problem that predates Kellen tho.

Dak forces to many plays, whether that's his doing or KMs doing is not clear. Dumbed down is not the way I would describe it. Aikman ram this type of offense, I don't think it was dumber down for him.

We’re have to open up the passing game a little if we’re going to score more points and be able to pull away. The last two games have come down to the last possession of the game. Hard to keep winning games scoring under 24 points every week.

That gameplan works until it doesn't. You can't always effectively run the ball, as much as you might like to or try.
