I Think They Hold Dak Out Next Week

Dak-stans were railing on how we’d suck with Cooper Rush. They were telling us how this franchise was dependent on Dak, as 2020 supposedly ‘demonstrated’, none of us knew what we were talking about, they even played the race card, but then it was 2 wins in a row, followed by 3 and now 4 wins total starting.

They started pre-prep work of posting, after the Giants game, about how Rush is doing an admirable job, because they thought we’d forget how much they said we would supposedly suck, we don’t know Qb play, and this mediocrity that is on the bench right now is looking completely useless. A look of everything Dak-Stan when Rush won his second start this season.

I watch him play, and that's it. I support his weak play. is that good enough?
But how do you feel after a Cowboys victory when Dak is the starting QB?

Because if you are ANYTHING but happy after a Cowboys win, even when Dak is a QB, then you are just being a hypocrite attempting to "scold" fans that are ANYTHING less than happy about a win with Rush as the QB.

As for me. I hope the Cowboys keeps winning with Cooper as the QB. I know eventually the Cowboys will lose again, Dallas isn't going 19-0 for the rest of the year regardless of who starts. But unlike others, I am not waiting for it to happen to a specific QB.

And when, not if, Dak starts for the Cowboys, I hope you have something more meaningful in your life to hold on to than just hoping, wishing and praying Dak sucks and therefore the Cowboys lose. Because frankly, that is all you seem to have going on for you.

It's MSM version of <former president> derangement syndrome. If you live until 2047, you will STILL be complaining about Dak, even if he was to win 5 SBs for Dallas between now and then.

What a sad little way to live.

I posted this earlier... his hand is still quite swollen. I will be shocked if he plays on Sunday. I think he will be out for at least two weeks. JMO.
DET has one of the worse defenses in the league, and that's the game after the Eagles. More time to heal and a favorable matchup to build Dak's confidence in his first game back.

There's no way they are going to bring him back against the Rams.

They'd rather Rush play bad than Dak. That would be the best case scenario for them to get him back out there without a bunch of controversy.

The problem with that comes with what happens if Rush throws a wrench into their plans, plays well, and we win the game?
I definitely want dak out there against the rams, we're gonna lose anyway so keep rushes win streak intact and let dak do what he always does against good teams...lol

and my opinions hurt you? lmao :lmao:
If that is what you got from my post?

It wasn't the fact that I was pointing out your hypocrisy to you?

But hurt? I couldn't care less. I just hate people who can't help but make a joke of themselves.

“They” dont care about the make believe controversy. If Dak can play he will play.

I'm all for Dak coming back but as long as Rush is helping the team win I think they should give Dak more recovery time. They need to make sure he's not only 100% healed but mentally ready. He wasn't mentally ready game 1.

Why rush Dak back if his grip is not 100%? Cooper Rush isn't losing them games. Another week or two of rest could be perfect for Dak. Look at his history. He had the season-ending injury and when he came back the next season he was dynamite. Then last season he got hurt and rushed back and it was obvious he was struggling the rest of the season.

Personally, I'd rather have dynamite Dak than disappointment Dak.

Its stupid because Rush is playing stellar football and Dak has been regressing before the injury.

I don’t disagree at all. That’s partly why I want Coop out there. Stress test the guy. If he rises to occasion against the Rams and Eagles, it’s time for a real discussion. The dude has only played 4 games. It’s not like he’s hit his ceiling

Life is full of tradeoffs.

If Cooper takes the W it puts enormous pressure on Dak, and makes his margin for error with the fans really small.
If Cooper takes the L it cuts into next year's contract, and so our compensatory pick.
