Whatever you do, again, you're trying to put your players in the best position to succeed, and while you're doing that, you're trying not to allow their best players to wreck the game," Sirianni said. "So, he'll be accounted for every single play. That's doesn't mean he's not going to make some plays here and there. He's a really outstanding, outstanding player. I think we all know that. The league knows that. He's proved it for the last year and a half. So, we need to do our jobs as coaches and put the guys in positions to not only be at their best, but also to defeat their best, right, and contain their best. He'll be thought about."

Last year the cardinals spent all game running away from parsons side. I’m assuming that’s gonna happen again in some respects. Some designed runs ect. Gotta account for it

Wouldn't it be slick for Quinn to deploy Parsons to spy Hurts?
That's a really good idea. Alternate between Micah and Wilson as QB spy, and give them the green light if they see an opening to rush. All but eliminates the QB run game and allows a couple of excellent pass rushers to shoot gaps on a regular basis.

He’s a genius. I’m going out on a limb here…but I’m pretty sure knowing where Parsons lines up and trying to neutralize him is part of every teams game plan…probably been that way since game 6 of his rookie season…anyways good luck with that plan.

You absolutely have Micah up like he’s going to rush the QB and then at the snap you drop him back in coverage and send someone else they aren’t expecting.

The Eagles can end up with multiple blockers assigned to a guy who isn’t even rushing, while too few blockers on the other side are overwhelmed. Keep them guessing on when he is coming and when he isn’t.

Sometimes send Parsons, sometimes send Barr, confuse the hell out of their protection package. Let Micah come through the A-gap from an off ball LB spot. There are a ton of things that Quinn can do to complicate protection for the Eagles.

So let Philly bring all they want for Micah… and watch other guys go off. It is all part of the Micah Parsons Problem. It isn’t just what he does… it is what the defense does when he’s out on the field.

I hate that.
On a related note: I was headed to an event here this last Saturday and while leaving the neighborhood there was this dog across the street.
It started staring me down, which was weird and then started crossing the street in front of me.
I slowed down.
Then it started coming after my car. I'm now wondering what the hell does this dog think it's doing?
So I try to maintain reasonable speed to keep going, but not hurt the dog and avoid it with whatever the hell it thinks it's doing.

It full-on rammed my car from the side while moving! It shook my car!
Never had that happen to me before.

It seemed okay as I watched it wander off without a limp, but... what tha heck?!
Rabies?

Well for the evolution of the rabbit species the dumb ones need to go, It 's not up to you or me as drivers to decide or who stays or go.
I can't help feeling bad for the couple of critters I've run over in my time. I try to rationalize it that as far as the rabbit or squirrel knows they were caught by a large predator and quickly eaten.

Not the first time a head coach has made that announcement. Micah Parsons may be slowed down by his own injury but the iggles won't.
