There was eventually going to be a game where the offense needed to be the one to win or do much better than they have been doing. We are witnessing what happens when the defense isn't able to hold teams to FGs or limits their TDs, And how easily the game can get out of hand with a stagnant offense.

Even so, the defense is not playing very well. This team is toast. Time to tank for a draft pick.

I’m not even mad lol anyone who has an ounce of football knowledge could see his limitations. He’s a good backup and there’s nothing wrong with that. But expecting him to be a proficient passer or make plays consistently when the defense knows we have to throw is asinine.

Rush is a backup, he did his job admirably and we’ll be 4-2 heading into two easy games then a bye. We are in good shape regardless and I thank Rush for holding the fort down in Dak’s absence and I no longer feel like we need to upgrade QB2. But it’s time for the starter to come back.

No matter what you think Dak is a top 14ish QB. That’s leaps and bounds better than a backup. We need him to be able to be a true contender, Rush can only win with the rest of the team playing basically perfect.

The Eagles with Hurts right now to begin this season are like Dak to begin the season last year.. both trash QBs, with their RBs destroying the opposing defense and their defense generating TOs.
