As dak gets his feet back under him he will start hitting those open guys more. The rust will be less this week and by the time we hit green Bay I'm expecting this to be a 300 plus yard a game high 20s scoring offense for the backhalf...and that means gallop is going to be heavily involved.

But here's the thing. Sometimes there's enough circumstantial evidence to know something happened, or that something can happen, without it ever happening. Like when a deer runs across the highway and doesn't get hit by a vehicle. I don't need to ever see one get hit to know many of them do.

the last few games the wr did not win their matchups on a consistent basis….go watch the all 22. Against Philly their corners torched us and really dominated this core.

your post has some truth in it……IF James Washington comes back, IF they use Turpin, IF fehoko becomes something. It’s all hoping and wishing. James Washington barely had a training camp with this team and never has been in the offense. Turpin is very small and we have to be careful how much he’s used (that’s if you actually believe they’ll implement him)

the wr group needs helps based on actual game tape not fantasy football. It’s not DOA but not looking good. The team is relying too much on hope and wishes and best case scenarios.

Turpin in the slot would command more attention simply because of his speed. Even if we limit his targets, just being out there pulls attention from the other receivers.

exactly. Some here have seen evidence to the contrary but want something so desperately to occur that all the evidence to the contrary is summarily dismissed.

Seeing repeated results sinks in for some of us quicker than others, however, because there is that slight and remote chance that things will be different keeps us engaged.

I’m a big Gallup fan and he’s a big part of the reason I’m fine with us not adding a WR. But those other guys you listed are guys you play because you have to, not because you want to.

LOL, so many of them get hit here you don't have to hunt them to keep their population down.

Before I transferred back to tolls, I worked road maintenance for 5 years. In October and November, we'd drag off around a dozen a night. Just in one shift, and just in one section of the roadway. There has to be between 100-200 getting hit a night every day in those two months.

Tell me about it! We've always had a good amount of bears in Sussex County but since our Governor banned the bear hunt it has gotten completely ridiculous up here!
