Sewell would give the Cowboys a linebacker they can count on and allow Micah Parsons to solely be an edge player. Sewell has the speed and physicality that Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn really likes.

LOVE Sewell and he is exactly what this defense needs. Do it all LBr that is actually physical and will do the dirty work in the trenches.

Yeah, then they could lineup in 13 personnel run the ball and beat defenses passing out of the same grouping.

There will be a better player available at #27 than Sewell.

Sewell is one of those prospects that shows up in these early mocks that won't get drafted until Day 3 in reality.

I am gonna be an ******* again this offseason pounding the table to use that first pick on a DT or OL. You got something going here apparently with Tyler Smith so add another OL piece to really start the change over (Tyron and Zach ain't gonna be here forever). Or get a ********* DT that wreck crap inside.

We’ve seen practically nothing of Clark to know if he’ll be able to return to form.

If he does, and they actually start playing Parsons at LBr more (which they currently aren’t) then I’d 100% agree with you.

If not, think Sewell is the perfect fit for what we need to help this run D.

Bland has looked solid and like someone that could develop like AB did.

I’d still keep CB on the radar though bc Brown and Lewis could be gone I think.
