Wow. They just started him and let Gallimore sit. Lol. Guessing to showcase him for trade or give him one last shot to impress.

Maybe. Or maybe they wanted to rest Gallimore because he was injured. I know there was some speculation that he was a healthy scratch, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

We essentially cut Hill to keep Watkins, which goes back to the fact that Hill isn't that great of a run defender. That wasn't ever really supposed to be his strength, but the fact that he's done little as a pass rusher would make being able to stop the run a necessity for keeping him around.

I would have cut him a while back and kept Ridgeway. Hill has had some flashes, but not enough up to this point to think he's anything more than a bottom-of-the-roster guy.

Another waste of a costly 2nd round pick.

Who is next in the next year or two? Kelvin Joseph?
He's on the clock.
Joseph will get the remainder of this season and the start of 2023 - similar to Charlton - to prove himself.
But if he doesn't turn the corner by this time next year...the Cowboys will pull the plug.

Eagles will probably sign him for depth until Davis gets back, and get all that Dan Quinn scheme info from him, lol

That's the problem, i don't think he understood it very well. :D......wait a minute, this deserves a jiggy....
