All my life I have heard of people falling into cult behavior but have never seen it to this level. I mean they simply won't admit their hero has done any wrong no matter how crystal clear the evidence. Their belief system is pure. I'll give them that.
Its a mind frame instituted by The Powers that be . . . These sad mindless drones attached themselves to any emotional issue and then They become aggressive and arrogant even when deep down inside they know they are wrong

Its no longer about being sensible . . . it is about attaching yourself to an issue and winning a Pyhric Victiry

Same play, same "staring down" the wr though.

You know...bc Dak doesn't go thru progressions and all.

What stage does this qualify for into the descent of mental illness? Denial got these Dak zealots trying to find recourse to a 45 year old Brady, who has 7 SB rings and is considered by many to be the greatest QB ever, throwing a stupid pick as if this somehow validates Dak and his career?

Like why would a person even try and go there?

They are 100% bigger Dak fans than Cowboys fan.

You saw that during our 4-1 run with Rush.

They hated every win because they thought it made Dak look bad. They'd rather lose with Dak than win with anyone else.

I think Dak is a better quarterback than Rush, but it's not showing in the W/L column. If we're a better team overall, it's not really showing.

With all due respect there are what people refer to as Dak homers that take the same approach.

That said, whether the INT's were on Dak or bad routes, the fact is after going up 28-14, Dak went 6 of 14 for 58 yards the last 4 offensive series (including OT) which did nothing to put the game away and walk away with a win.

Perhaps you need to follow said poster more often. If you want to find something to blame dak on you can as he has the ball in his hands every play and you are one that does as is said poster. Our the run defense didnt do anything to slow down the packers either after going up 14. Our corners not named Diggs were attrocious yesterday. with a 14 pt cushion our OC could have called a better approach. Theres plenty of blame to go around

It was team loss.if youre looking for dak to be something hes not well youre in for a long wait but hes plenty good enough to win. The defense however is not and hasnt been for sometime. The teams we have beat to this point all had suspect Olines. LA,Cincy,Chicago,NY,Washington, detroit . The teams we have lost to its a completely different story. We got another one next week with another quality running back and good OL. So ill go ahead and get in early its daks fault.

Yall want to find ways to blast prescott as the scapegoat by all means continue on. But youll continue to be wrong

So just trying to figure it out the answer with these Dak zealots:

a. It’s not Dak’s fault, but the WRs.
B. It is Dak’s fault, but Brady also throws them
C. Neither a nor b
D. Both a and b
E. It is not Dak’s fault, but it’s Brady’s fault.
F. If E, then why are we even bringing up Brady now?

How does it work?

Again, don’t even bother to look at the WR the first time you watch the play. Just look at Dak and ask yourself what is he looking at?

Dak even throws it while the WRs isn’t looking behind him yet, so on what basis can anybody argue it was just a “miscommunication”?

Dsm actually throws it AFTER Lamb makes his break, so this idea it was a miscommunication on DAK’S PART is a complete crock of garbage.

The safety is jumping the route from the beginning going full steam ahead going right after the ball.

That was a pretty wobbly ball too, almost like it was meant to go farther, but a poor throw made it come up short.

The problem with the Cowboys is we saw the same thing happen in earlier games this season. A great team would be pointing this out in the film room and saying "never again" but just like the bonehead penalties I guarantee this won't be the last "miscommunication" INT we see

The fact is the LB disguised coverage. Dak had zero clue the LB was even there, because he was going to Lamb no matter what as his staring him down from the snap clearly indicated, So even if he expected Lamb to run his break earlier, he couldn’t because the LB essentially had the inside position and Lamb had to make the break later. It’s just a case of Dak having ZERO situational awareness at minimum.

So blaming Dak for his part makes us wrong? The more posts you create the more you disprove your own skewed logic in attempting to defend Dak.

Becoming more and more questionable, as this is year 7 in “Dak’s offense”. Imagine dedicating this many resources to a QB, for him to continue to suck? How many QBs with much better talent, wouldn’t kill to be drafted into these circumstances…

Maybe you need to stop staring down your receivers so the safeties don’t put themselves into perfect positions to INT your passes that “show you can throw into tight windows if the defenders aren’t there”?
Remember we're talking about the highest paid QB in history who LOST *TWO* nationally televised passing contests badly against Carr and Dalton on stationary targets. Totally embarassing. Dak is all talk. "Pay the man" is all I heard from the Dakbois on this forum. All you can do is LOL at JJ's clown car circus.

There was a knock on Dak, even shared by Jimmy Johnson during an interview, that Dak was a 1 read QB and has issues going through transitions to other reads and requires a perfect environment around him to succeed.....and that knock seems to continue into Dak's 7th season.

That also explains why he is better in hurray up situations, less info to process (and he can't check out of a play).

I don't think the gap is that huge to justify the pay, nor the record. Rush has led the team to a 4-1 record losing only to an undefeated team that happens to be a hated division rival on the road, while Dak is 2-2 this year.

I think Rush's strengths are Dak's weaknesses and Dak's strengths are Rush's weaknesses. Unfortunately, Dak's weaknesses are primarily mental: a lack of proficiency in read progressions and seeing receivers "NFL open" coupled with a fear to let the ball loose on "NFL time" due to a lack of confidence in his own mental ability and accuracy. I don't think Rush suffers from the latter, but I think his arm strength and generally average QB tangibles don't help. But I personally would rather have a cerebral QB than a non-cerebral one.

Everything is just a “miscommunication” when the opposing defenses are standing right where the ball is thrown. It’s like this dude doesn’t even ask himself how the defenders are in perfect position to make these plays?

This guy throws everybody under the bus, it’s become a regular trait with him.

He has to. He sold himself to Jerry as the 40 million guy who can carry the team.
